Its target at the quarry. The parking lot sucks which isn't their fault. Shelves were empty and i hate that inexpensive stuff is locked up. Fr, why are $7 wax strips behind a plexiglass wall? I guess they just want us to stop coming in the store and order pick up. Everyone who works there is super nice though.
