If you understand about the value and power of diversity, equity, and inclusion then Target is no longer the place for you to choose first. They no longer care about diversity, equity, or inclusion in their hiring practices so I can’t imagine they respect it in their customers either. Please shop locally owned small businesses who care about including and serving all before you resort to supporting a corporation like Target!

Great experience with drive-up ordering. The associate was friendly and kind. The order was correct and it was easy to drive up and pick up an order. I have a disability and some days are harder than others. It is so wonderful to still have this option after the pandemic.

Visiting this Target after a recent snow event makes it abundantly clear how they prioritize customers who arrive by car and ignore customers who arrive by walking, rolling, or taking the bus. A perfectly clear parking lot awaited, as did a sidewalk littered with ice chunks like a minefield. Everyone associated with this Target should be embarrassed and ashamed for accepting these conditions.
The one star is for my cashier, who was nice and patient while I needed to use my gift card.

Takes super long to get some one for your someone to get to you when you’re returning salmon super bad customer service you have to yell to get someone don’t recommend going here. You can’t even use the bathroom mirror needles everywhere.

Dear tall bald security guy working til closing tonight,
Do not yell out at your customers that we have to leave (we can already hear the speakers) and then just rudely stand there and wait for me to walk away. You don't treat customers like criminals or vermin just because we are there so late and you're desperate to get home.
Even the people around were bothered by that. I might just ignore you next time

Don't waste your time. You'll be harassed for money or catcalled while you're walking in. Once inside, you'll find all the items you need are either locked up or out of stock completely.
A simple stop for face wash, laundry detergent, and deoderant now takes three times as long because you need to page an employee for each item. May as well have someone follow me around, unlocking cabinets as I go. It's unreasonable.
I, the fool that I am, have been shopping this location for a few years, and the experience is never greater than poor. The bar is on the floor. I'm over it. Go elsewhere.

Easily the worst Target in MN. Rude staff. Out of stuff. No working men's bathroom. Plan on being asked for money at least twice while you are going in and returning to your car.

Avoid this Target at all costs. It’s worth it to drive to Richfield or the Quarry. I’m pretty sure the only reason this store is still open is, because it is in a low income area where a lot of residents don’t have cars so they have a captive customer base. As such, they treat every customer like a criminal. Very heavy security presence, no fitting rooms, and, worst of all, the entire store gets to share one toilet, which is behind a locked door which customers need to beg customer service to use(if they can even find customer service). And when you finally do get customer service to let you in, they start banging on the door before you can wipe. For background, I have colon cancer and recently had radiation, using the bathroom becomes an urgent need rather quickly, and once it starts I need to make sure I get it all out so I don’t have to immediately turn around and use the bathroom again. The staff was banging on the door every thirty seconds demanding that I leave the bathroom. When I got out, no one was waiting. I asked them what the problem was and they said it was a security issue. Because having the bathroom behind a locked door is easier to manage than having a bathroom where employees or security can walk in and observe what is going on I guess? (They used to have normal bathrooms, but I guess they felt their customers don’t deserve that convenience). Doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway, aside from resenting their customers and treating them like criminals, the store is always dirty, and despite employees constantly blocking aisles stocking product, nothing ever seems to be stocked. All around always a negative experience, if it wasn’t the only option in my neighborhood, I would never set foot in this store.
