T Mobile's wifi tower is the worst product ever made!!! You get 5 to 10 seconds of your show and then 30 seconds to 2 minutes of buffering.This has rendered the tower completely useless I will be contacting the BBB and the Governor's Task Force on fraud. We have repeatedly asked for assistance to

You guys have poor I mean poor customer service no one ever comes to the phone and even when they do we are on hold for up to hours..

I want to call and talk to some one who will actually do what is needed with my account. I'm months in, months and now have collections calling me. Not happy
