Very rude customer service from Alexis. No patience and attitude. Tried adding a line and I haven’t done that before so I just asked a few questions and he had gotten an attitude, so in the end I was afraid to ask a question. Dont recommend this store to anyone. Not worth it. Been with TMOBILE for 12 years and haven’t been treated like that ever before.

A huge shout out to Amanda W. She was able to fix the issue with our volunteer hotspots that I have been working on since Labor Day! She pays attention to details , does not rush, and gets this right! Excellent Customer service

I went in the store (Highland Park in St. Paul, MN) to discuss switching from my current cell phone service provider because I wasn't satisfied with the coverage in my home area. I was assured that T-Mobile service would provide better coverage. I was then told by not one, but two, staff members that if I switched to T-Mobile I would receive a prepaid card for $200 in a few weeks. When it didn't arrive I went online and found out it was denied for, "Ineligible rate plan or feature." This after I was told by two staff members that what I was signing up for met the criteria. I called customer service and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Once I got to speak a person after 10 minutes of explaining to the problem she put me on hold for another 18 minutes. When she came back she told me the request had never been submitted even thought I had a tracking number and a date on which it was submitted. When I pointed out if the request had never been submitted it would be impossible for them to reject it she asked the name of the staff of the staff person who submitted the request. When I couldn't provide that she put me on hold again. At this point I had been on the phone for an hour. When she came back she said she couldn't explain why the request had been rejected but suggested I resubmit the request.

Real curious why it takes two people to help one person while everyone else waits for the employees to stop hiding in the back or making their food order, never have I been disregarded so quickly and made to wait 45 minutes to speak with someone.

Within a minute or two of entering the store I was greeted by a fella named Matt, who asked my name and to describe briefly what had brought me to T Mobile. and then said he'd be with me soon. I had somehow changed the look of my email making it difficult for me to read and compose new mail. Not having the knowledge to undo this on my own I sought the help of these folks at T Mobile. Matt was extremely helpful in this case, he explained what had happened and even reconfigured my home screen making it much easier and faster to retrieve me mail. He was professional and courteous and showed confidence in his knowledge of my situation. I would certainly recommend this location for those reasons. !Mike

Ty was awesome! She took care of our phone needs and didn't make us feel less than because we wanted Androids! She worked with us to switch carriers and made sure that we knew we could come back to get some things taken care of that couldn't be done at that specific time (like having pictures taken off the old phones). I will not hesitate to return to this T-Mobile store and I will certainly recommend Ty to my friends and family.

They didn't feel welcomed at this location..Matt one of the expert at t-mobile store.. two of the customer who were with me felt uneasy..there were multiple times where a person came in and they were helped right away.. 01/2023
