They open at 9m instead of 5am. don’t believe their posted opening time. The cashier ppl sell drugs too which doesn’t matter to me but I really think they are doing back door credit card theft scheme going. Be Careful

Dude at the counter was spacing. First he was like, what do you want. Then he washed his hands and had no where to dry his hands. The he printed two PowerBall when I asked for only 1 PowerBall and 1 MegaMillions... so I said fine, I'll buy all 3.
Then he tries to just ring up the 2 monster energy drinks and have me only pay for them. I told him bro I'm not going to steal the lottery tickets, ring them up I have debit card since I know you guys won't let me use credit.
So he does and I run my card and it says wait processing and he can't figure it out. So he waits for everyone to go to the other line before asking for help and just claps his hands like he can't talk.
So I'm like, dudes having issues and this Asian lady told me I'm trying to use credit that won't work, I tell her it's a debit card and she walks away and ignored me.
I walked him through how she did the transaction process again and tried my debit card again, and it says tender not valid. Like I just bought lottery tickets here not even 3or4 days ago. What the actual ..... so I through the tickets at him and said fine keep them and walked out with my monsters that were already paid for.

Had an uber eats order here. Came to pick up and they are closed with no one inside the store. Waste of time. Funny thibg was another delivery driver with orders there and same issue..gas pumps was working and asking to see cashier when no one was working inside.

I don’t deserve to be disrespected and told that employee can’t get stuff for customers. if there pop are laying flat down and stuck where I can’t pull it out who would help a customer it’s 3 employees there and they just standing around doing nothing

First, a manager of your corporation should not wear sleep bonnetts to work and maybe some customer service training would be helpful. Maybe a dental plan with the appropriate tools, like dental floss and a toothbrush would be ideal. Also, they should be required to wear updated hair attachments or better yet, take a bath and comb your hair. Maybe that will improve ones self esteem and they would have a better attitude about their job. I am sure my issue with my debit card was not the primary problem of your day. I may have been the FIRST decline of the day but you were the nastiest, unconcerned, manager I have ever met and I hope that you aim high next time when choosing your next career. Enjoy! This is the Brooklyn Park MN location next to the bowling alley.

I have to hand it to some employees. A few can be very helpful. A few should be fired. It depends on who is working as to how clean the place is. They have some pretty tough competition in Kwik Trip.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. CASHIER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY CLOSE STORE EARLY. THE GAS PUMPS IS ALWAYS DOWN. THEY STORE BE DIRTY. PEOPLE BE STANDING OUT OF THE STORE DRINKING. . . ITS DEFINITELY NOT SAFE GOING HERE AT NIGHT.
