This gas station was CHAOS when I went in. My pump was broken and somehow it didn't work to pay inside. I was about to give up trying to get gas, but one of the attendants was so incredibly helpful and kind that she made up for it all.

Always busy, and most pumps are always "not in service". When you go inside, there's always a huge line. Cashier are not helpful and they are also chatting in the corner with other customer even though they say that they have a huge line.

I came in this one day and this white lady was working the register, she was being extremely rude for no reason, I had ask to see if I could get change and she said no in a super rude way. I used to work at a speedway and we did that, so I don’t understand why she would have to be so rude about it. It was in the morning btw !!

I stop put gas but I bring cash with a roll of coins Andi they not accept 2 dollars coins and they said that only from the bank can accept it. Is money and they. Can count or said i can countbit but they said no. They not wont work at all.

I'm writing about my experience here in hopes that it reaches the owner so a phenomenal employee who works here gets recognition. Sunday nights a lady named Khalidi works here. She goes above and beyond what I would expect from an employee. Her work ethic is absolutely outstanding. Working customer service is tough in the first place and she does it alone with a smile. Everytime I see her I'm impressed. She even remembers me and other regulars. Her kindness is contagious and Speedway is so blessed to have her. I really hope she gets recognized for this and is appreciated and honored accordingly. As a community member who's been going to this Speedway for over 15 years, I justwant to say thank you to Khalidi and security for making me feel welcomed and at home. They are the reason I love my community.

Went to this store February the 18th 5:15 a.m. It was coffee all over the floor somebody could have slip and fell in her themselves and the store just looked like it was trash I told the manager and the manager cussed me out using swear words and all It was a female heavy set light skin and manager, I'm never going to the store again that particular location higher the most ghettost people I've ever seen this female was so rude please fire her

I will never stop in at this speedway again. I had very poor service and the assistant co manager was very rude to me. I worked for a Super America and if we ever talked to a customer in the way I was talked to we would be written up, and possibly lose our job depending on how our district manager felt about it. Not very becoming of a manager.

I was having trouble getting the pump I stopped at to work but one of the employees was very kind and helped me figure out that it wasn't operator error, and it wasn't my card, apparently the pump itself was malfunctioning, so I switched to another pump and everything worked out fine. I really appreciated that employee taking the time to help.

When I walked in the attendant appeared to be pregnant. She also was obviously dizzy and disoriented when I asked if she was okay she said she had been there since 7am and was not able to take a break as the store manager wouldn't take an active role. I can confirm Helen the store manager allegedly was on her phone a majority of my time in the store and twice when the store was swamped helen got on the register but IMMEDIATELY got off and went back to talking on the phone. If I was a district manager I would fire Helen and give the attendant, I can't remember her name a raise. For $12 an hour from what I was told this company doesn't deserve anyones money and hopefully gets bought out completely by 7-11
