Air pump took my money, but the nozzle was broken - it let air out of my tire instead of putting it in. When I brought this to attention to the attendant on duty, they said it wasn't theirs (like it's from an external vendor). Fine, but he also shrugged off my suggestion to put up an "out of order" sign. So now I got a flatter tire and need to do a chargeback over $2.50. I would have driven a mile to a free air pump if I knew I'd have to deal with this.

This is hands down the worst gas station I’ve ever seen. And I’ve traveled across the country several times and been to many gas stations.
I don’t know what is up with this place. It’s one thing not to have anything in stock, ever. It’s a second thing to have a couple rude employees (the white middle aged guy with a beard). It’s a third thing for everything to always be broken and dirty or unkempt. But it’s something totally different to never even be open!!
For the past month, every time I visit, they have this sign that says “temporarily closed” up on the door and the gas station is completely shut down. It’s 9:15 and this gas station is closed. I’ve never seen a gas station suffer from so many problems of mismanagement and understaffing. All I can imagine is that the early closing time is due to a safety issue? If that is the case, Speedway can hire any of the number of private security services offered all across the Twin Cities.
Please improve your store and your customer service attributes. And update your damn hours! Plenty of other people have complained about the hours being wrong.

The workers are very disrespectful, pushy, unprofessional, very rude to other's and to me as well...
I did not like the way I was treated while I shopped at there store, I like to make sure i am getting the things that I enjoy eating and drinking so there are times where I take my time finding the items I want. Other days i just grab items i usually get on the regular bases like ice cream, a slushy/fountain drink and when I go this particular gas station the cashiers workers attend to be cocky even rude some times which is very unprofessional. Just this morning at 11:25am one of workers where very pushy and rude she actually made me leave without paying for my slushy told me to leave n not come back..

I don't understand why it's so difficult to have accurate business hours posted. It's okay to not be open 24/7 but don't lie and say you are!

Ads on pumps play constantly and are offensively loud. Zero respect for customers here. Absolutely trashy gas station.

The store is not open 24 hours. The employees are absent intermittently through the night, even when the lot is busy. If you don't want to stay open 24 hours, that's fine, but don't advertise it and then lock your doors at 10pm.

The store is not open 24 hours and in fact it closes at different times of the night so the staff can clean it really sucks to walk there to find out that it closed at a different time or earlier then when it closed the night before.

I love this gas station place. The customers always have juicy gossip or are in their own world. They have one of those police light towers in the parking lot for evidence if something goes down. The employees are always in good moods and love to jam to music. While they stay in a shielded register station for their protection, love that for them. And I love using my points there since I go there often!
