Stopped here to gas up the rental car before going to airport. Pay at the pump would not work for any of my cards. Went inside to prepay and the cashier was very rude to the point where I almost left to find a different gas station. Never going here ever again.

Look...yall are rating a SPEEDWAY poorly...there are absolutely no Speedways that are top notch. As far as staff, Kayla is a very good woman, she deals with a lot and knows how to handle people...even when you are rude to her or constantly steal and or make a mess. If you go to any gas station, expect the workers to be on their cell phones. If you haven't worked retail at a place like this, then you shouldn't rate it.As far as the place it self.. it needs a TON of work and certain people even management should go thru some real training.Yeah the pumps are always out or broken, yeah the place gets messy and sticky, yeah they did close early a lot in the past...due to being UNDERSTAFFED! So stop with the bad mouthing people who work at a company that really should treat there staff and store better. Yall are lucky it's still open. And if you don't like it, then move around and go down the street....

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at this location and I will not be coming anymore. The cashier Matthew is not only rude but disrespectful to me every single time I come in there. The store could also use a deep cleaning everywhere it’s disgusting I never buy food or donuts or anything from there besides cigarettes and gas. Seems like every time I buy cigarettes from there they are dried up and very old. So today I asked Matthew if I could squeeze the pack and listen to it to see if it was crunchy and it was horribly crunchy. So I asked him for a different brand of cigarettes and he ripped the original pack out of my hand and walked over and grabbed the other one only to throw it on the counter and sigh loudly. If he hates his job that much why does he work there. Also how do you lock your bathrooms and they are still covered with toilet paper all over the floor toilet seat caked in piss sink caked in soap grime. Just absolutely pitiful

Diesel pumps don't print receipt. Store is usually closed after 8pm despite being 24hrs. As a commercial driver, it is important that I have a receipt. On my most recent visit, a clerk was in the store (as were a few customers) but the clerk had locked the doors and wouldn't respond to my request for a receipt. Please note: federal law requires that businesses provide a receipt for such transactions. Also, the link you have been providing in your previous review responses does not work.

The store is not stocked and I've dealt with the rudest cashier now twice...disappears in the back room for what I don't know with people waiting in line wants you to use the self serve so he doesn't have to wait on people

Twice now I have came here with a manufacturers coupon for cigarettes. I was told “it’s not scanning, is it used?” The first time, which I responded “no, because don’t you have to keep them after using them?” He said “yeah”. I decided to not buy them and go down the road to Holiday where my coupon worked without any issue. The second time was tonight, the kid with the long hair and beanie and black mask said the same thing “it won’t scan” this time I remembered the people during the day have to put it in manually so I said “they usually enter it in as a manufacturers coupon.” To which he replied “idk how to do that” didn’t even try nothing just idk how to do that. I told him I will not pay for the cigarettes and get them down the road. Train your employees. I also stopped by last night at 12:38, the door was locked and no sign on the door. What a joke.

All they have here are prepaid pumps you never know how much gas you're going to get because you have to prepay for it so if you want to actually get a full tank you can't do that unless you overpay with what you think you're going to get.
