When I joined Studio ME six months ago, I had a clear goal in mind — get strong enough to keep up with my Colorado friends in the mountains of East Greenland. By committing to twice weekly bootcamp classes, I strengthened all the muscles that I would use for climbing and skiing. Adding on some RowEndurance classes helped me build up my cardio tolerance and taught me to pace myself. My coaches (esp. Sami) took the time to teach me how to lift and why it was important, while all my peers were encouraging and welcoming.All of this programming and support made a huge difference when it came time to ski tour in Greenland. For multiple days in a row, we spent 8-10 hours daily in the backcountry— climbing uphill for elevation gains between 2,000 and 3,000 feet and traversing from 7 to 10 miles each day, with a few epic ski descents in between. There is no way I would’ve been able to sustain this level of activity and effort without my training at Studio ME. Thank you to the whole community!

Dr. Bailey has helped me with my various injuries that I get training. I've had very good success strengthening problem areas. My pain level is at an all time low I'd say and I'm 46. Also, I feel like I've had pain reduction from dry needling. If you're struggling with injuries or pain give Dr. Bailey a call! Oh by the way, she's a great person too!

I've had continuing issues after shoulder and back surgeries. Primarily with lack of strength and mobility. Decided to visit with Dr. Bailey. During the initial consultation we discussed where I was, where I wanted to be, and how to get there. I'm currently in the "how to get there" phase and am happy with Dr. Bailey's analysis and recommendations. We are continuing to evaluate and adjust as I progress, and I look forward to having Dr. Bailey shepherd me through this journey.

I’ve been going to Studio ME for about a year and it has been great! The coaches meet you where you’re at and give you the support you need to keep motivated. If you have an injury, they have an in house physical therapist and can work the PT movements into your personal training sessions - which has been a game changer for me. The gym has great energy and the founder Megan and the staff do a fantastic job at creating an inviting space where you feel like you belong.

I've been going to StudioME for a couple years now and can't recommend them highly enough. The programming is dynamic and well-rounded... I feel like I'm challenged in all the right ways to become stronger and fitter (without going to extremes). The coaches are caring and develop a personal relationship to understand your needs. The community is also fantastic -- it's motivating to know you'll show up and see your workout buddies for each class.

Excellent gym that excels at fun, fast workouts in a community feel. Whether you're an aspiring Olympic or rehabilitating couch potato the trainers work with you to meet your goals. I did semi-private training and the ME12 program with Billy and Alan - but have had the pleasure of working out with several of the trainers. They all bring an energy and enthusiasm that makes going back to the gym a highlight of my day.Megan takes tremendous pride in her business, as she should, and operates with the utmost integrity.

I can't recommend Studio me enough! I’m currently taking semi-private lessons and regular classes, but over the 4 years that I’ve been a member, I’ve done bootcamp and the 12 week program as well. Prior to finding StudioMe, I bounced around a few places, but never found a place that made me comfortable and interested in continuing to work out.The class programming is smart – the coaches work together to develop classes that are purposeful and enjoyable.Edit 4/15/2024:I recently had a few physical therapy sessions from Dr. Bailey. I was struggling with chronic muscle tightness in my neck from sitting too much for my job. After 2 sessions, I'm feeling significantly better. She listened to my concerns, gave me some exercises to do at home and provided treatment in the office. She also worked with my coach to adjust my training to incorporate exercises specific to my treatment plan. I benefited greatly by having my PT and coaches under one roof. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey.

I've been working out here since late summer, doing private training with Alan (who's great!). This place is very friendly, super clean, has a very positive vibe, does fun stuff like volunteering and social events -- and oh, yeah, you get a great workout here too! It's a great mix of cardio, strength, and stretching/flexibility, done in a way that's both challenging and safe. I'm making progress toward my goals, and I really enjoy the workouts. First gym I've been at or trainer I've worked with where I'm working hard and adding muscle but not getting so fried at the gym that I can't enjoy taking a bike ride, walking my dog, etc. the following day. Also, they're great about asking about other fitness goals such as sleep or nutrition and then checking in and supporting you with those goals as well. Really good place!

I have been going to StudioMe for ten months. It has been an excellent experience. I appreciate having personalized training that focuses on my needs and goals. Chelsea K. has been a fantastic coach who motivates me and guides me through the exercises. I have the flexibility to adjust the sessions to my family/work schedule and I feel welcome and supported.

Studio Me has been a pillar within both my physical health & mental healthy journeys since 2015. I am thankful to the coaches, Coach Chelsea and my workout buddies. It is a strong and supportive crew that make lifting heavy things seem less intimidating.

This is my first time ever leaving a review for any place, but StudioME really deserves it. From Lindsay the client experience coordinator, to Coach Chelsea who toured with me, my coches Abby and Alan, the owner Megan and Dr. Bailey - They’ve made fitness enjoyable and something that you look forward to doing. I’ve worked with trainers in the past and the experience from the very first call to your first day does not compare to their effort. Everyone has made me feel comfortable and I really appreciate it. I’m really happy to be apart of your growing family :)

Studio ME has been a life saver! I am in a wheelchair because of MS so exercise is extremely important. Chelsea is an amazing trainer! I started coming to Studio Me as prep before my wedding and got hooked! I love working with Coach Billy and the rest of the team. I’m able to tailor my training to my individual needs, like when I was recovering from surgery. Billy’s coaching has made a huge impact on my overall health, and having his oversight has ensured I avoid injuries or incorrect form. I look forward to continuing my work!

I've been going to Studio Me for a year. I've never been able to consistently commit to making fitness a part of my lifestyle until I found this gym. What brought and kept me here is the approachable atmosphere, where I didn't feel intimidated or compared. There are people from all walks of life and there's a spirit of camaraderie. Also, it wasn't until recently that it dawned on me that I had forgotten about the every day pains I experienced before I started here. I recommend Studio Me to all my friends!
