I needed a tow and during the process Brandon the driver totaled my car in value, they have been denying the damages since, they are highly unprofessional, he never took before pictures and is using the after pictures as the before pictures. If I could rate 0 stars i completely would.

Everything about this service was perfect!!!!! i received a quick response, the quote was the lowest and fair. and their driver got to me way quicker than the original eta, i mean waaaayyyyy quicker! Robert was amazing! he was swift, thorough, super friendly and courteous. i am definitely going to recommend these guys and i will continue to use them until i can replace our POS!!

This company should be called Stress MORE towing & recovery. They did over $2000 worth of damage in towing my car. Then you can't get a hold of them because the don't have a working website, address or phone with voicemail. It looks like small claims court it will be!
