If I could leave zero stars I would. They lied to my wife and told her a nail was in the siding of the tire and couldn’t be patched. We went to a Discount tire, who showed us the nail, clearly not in the siding, and patched it for free. Steves then told me I needed brand new electrical housing for multiple lights that didn’t work that would run me around $700 (but only after charging me $150 to ‘test’. Went to another mechanic who found that they had unplugged a bulb and simply not replaced another. Who then fixed it for $170 (including fixing air conditioning that Steve’s had also way overquoted). Do not trust these snakes.

I've been taking my vehicle here for oil changes for a few years now. With an appointment, they are quick, efficient, and charge reasonable prices. I can't speak to walk-ins as I've always made appointments. They don't push unnecessary repairs (unlike some auto shops that make up false problems) and are always willing to answer your questions. The employees are polite, and the work is done well.

I received an estimate over the phone for brake work, brought the car in, they called with a price that was 50% more than the estimate received. When speaking to the manager, he didn’t believe me when I said what the estimate was. Or who I talked to when I received the phone estimate. Had the nerve to say I must’ve been speaking to another shop!
The most condescending, belligerent manager. He should not be in customer service.

Do not buy their spring/summer care package! I spent $160 to have them check over my car before a trip. Less than 3 days later and I had no A/C, despite an A/C check being listed on the care package. I ended up driving without air conditioning for my entire trip because of their incompetence. Worse yet, they didn't even reply to my email. Take your car elsewhere because Steve's Tire and Auto is just swindling customers.

I trust these guys. They communicate well, they warranty their work, and I think they are honest. I took my car to another place- I won't say where, but a big name, and they told me besides what I went in there for (an alternator - which I let them fix since I had to be able to drive it) that I needed over 1k of suspension work. Steve's said no, I need one part for about $300 combined parts and labor to prevent jeep wobble of death (steering shock). They saved me a lot right there. I used to live by them so I would go there. Now I don't live as close but I think I want to keep going there all the same.

Faulty oil filter one month after oil change almost destroyed my engine. Would not reimburse me for work another shop did to identify the issue, because I took it to another shop that was closer when my truck wasn't holding oil. They covered the degrease, but got defensive when I brought up reimbursement.

I had an alignment done today at Steve’s Tire & Auto. I arrived early by an hour and they managed to get my vehicle in and out so quickly. Jackson helped me on this and it was a great experience overall! Excellent work!

Steve's Tire & Auto truly saved the day for me when I pulled up crying with a flat tire. Their customer service was unmatched and they solved my tire issue and sent me off with a smile. I can't tell them how much I appreciate them going above and beyond and bringing sunshine into my grey day. I will be back for full service!

My cars security system tripped and steering column locked up so i couldn’t start the engine! I tried everything google said to reset it with no luck. After about 40 minutes of trial and error I walked over to Steve’s tire and auto to ask for help. They were extremely friendly and replaced the key fob battery for me and didn’t accept payment for it when I offered!! When that didn’t work one of the guys walked over with me and got it started again for me. So thankful for them!!

Had my tire replaced here because there were 2 screws in the tire. Could not be plugged so went ahead with the new tire. After the new tire was installed, there were vibrations when driving 60-75mph. Took it back in and they quoted me an additional $3500. Took it to another shop and there they balanced the tire and the issues disappeared. The receipt from the new tire shows an entry for tire balancing which was either not done at all or not done correctly.
