Served an invalid warrant on Xmas Eve via traffic stop. I had proof in pocket something was off about it, as well as clearly in evidence on his computer screenCounty apologized via a notarized letter, this department lied and refused to apologize for yelling at my fiance and telling her I am a liar. Refused straight up.

I am going to make this as professional as possible. I have never had a bad experience with the officers working here, they regularly monitor the area and have never caused a problem. Today, I called the non-emergency line to report a very real concern involving a child, which I immediately would assume would be important to the dispatcher I talked to. Apparently not. She was short with me, did not listen to the situation and assured me that they most likely would not be able to do anything about it. I understand that they are understaffed, over-worked and dealing with emergencies among other things, but I hoped that this situation would’ve also been important as it involved a child. That’s that. A few minutes later we received a call from the officer, who was extremely kind and able to calm our worries after we were able to fully explain the situation to him. The situation was resolved, but it was very disappointing that the dispatcher was rude to someone who was concerned. As someone who is new to this area, it’s good to know that the officers care, but disappointing to know that the dispatcher does not care. I’m aware this does not speak for all dispatchers, but this was my experience.

Dispatcher I had was rude. I was calling in a non-emergency and knew it wasn't one. She made a point to tell me. I told her in the beginning that I was aware of it. In a time of distrust maybe don't be rude when someone calls in.

Nothing to do in this town of about 45,000 people. The police department is idle. EVERYTIME I GO SOMEWHERE THEY PULL ME OVER AND I DO NOT RECEIVE A TICKET.. I lived here for 7 months and they pull me over 2-3 times a month.. I will report to the proper chains of command. And everytime it is a CAUCASIAN MALE POLICE OFFICER, WHICH MAKES ME FEEL UNSAFE AS I AM AN AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN

I witnessed officer Hinz illegally detaining a citizen for exercising his constitutional right to record police from a public place in the course of their duties. He further attempted to violate the citizens fourth amendment right to remain free in his person by insisiting on securing identity of the citizen absent reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime. Clearly Hinz is either ignorant, stupid or intentionally tyranical toward the public. He also has a bad haircut.

My car engine started on fire while parked near the intersection of Ceder Lake Rd and Kentucky Lane Avenue on 9/21/19 it appears near 2 hours after I parked the car. The police at the scene were great! One even drove me home about 5 miles away to a different city thank you very much for your help and the drive home! I am not sure it is proper etiquette to post names on the internet so I did post any of the police officers names.

I have needed to call them twice, once was for my daughter having a febrile seizure and they got here so fast and were wonderful, kind and so compassionate! Second time was I thought I saw someone outside my house as I was pulling into our road and they came to check outside and even came inside with me to make sure I felt safe! Very thankful for their service and how kind they were to my family and I!!

Stopped in to renew my Permit to Purchase. The female employee (I'm assuming an officer) at the front was very pleasant to work with. The application process was hassle free. Thanks!

They didn’t put up enough no parking sign on Aquila Ave again. So it is going to be a mess after the fireworks.
