I honestly don't know where I'd be without Rachael. I learn something new from her each time we meet. I thought I knew how to properly squat. Nope. 38 years of doing it wrong, and what a difference it makes when you learn how to do it right! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly believes in her work/craft. She helps people because she's real and gets it. She understands struggle, and works with her clients just as much on the mental aspect of health as the physical (because they are intertwined and affect each other). Rachael is a true gem in the world of personal fitness, and I greatly value my time with her - because, ultimately, it's a gift to myself. As my son would say, \\\"I give Rachael a 10 out of 10\\\" and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to work on being the best version of themselves. She can help you get there!

I have been training with Rachael for nearly a year now and can't say enough on how positive an experience it has been. The training/workouts, whether in person or via Zoom, are always focused and planned with a progression and purpose in mind. The workouts are appropriately challenging and tailored to my current fitness level and goals (both boxing and conditioning). Finally, Rachael is very flexible and understanding to work with. I highly recommend SparkFit and Rachael as such!!

I've always been highly skeptical of trainers. I haven't trained with a ton of different people, but I don't think I've ever found one that I felt super confident that they knew what they were talking about. Luckily, I started training with Rachael, and she changed that! Her knowledge of fitness and the human body is so deep and well rounded. She can help you with your fitness from every angle that you could want, be it working around an injury or your diet. She knows how to give you a workout that will push your limits. I'd say training with her is great for so many reasons, but I think the best thing she brings to the table is her attitude. She's always so enthusiastic, encouraging when you give her 100%, and she never made me feel any pressure to do anything more than my best. Rachael is so passionate and loves what she does, and it definitely shows! I know training with her helped me to push me to new heights. Every session was a challenge, but it was fun and rewarding! I highly recommend SparkFit! Thanks, Rachael!
