I was referred by my sister in law, great place to bring and had my car repaired. Owner was very friendly and talked me through what was needed on my repair, price was fair, and he even told me I didn't have an oil leak. I would refer any of my friends and family to this family owned business. Thank you for a great service.

The best auto repair shop I've been to. I had an issue with my car and when they told me the cost of the repair they offered to give me time to decide what I wanted to do with it. Every time I called the people were so nice on the phone. Definitely can recommend!

Expressing how much I appreciate South Import Motors is almost beyond words because there is so much that makes them above and beyond. However, here's a recent experience I'll relate. A leading Volvo service department quoted me $476 (total) to replace a broken right front sway bar link. I called South Import Motors for a second bid. After they quoted me a total of $190, I promptly made an appointment. As it turned out, replacing the sway bar link took them less time than they had originally anticipated and only charged me a total of $149!

Fantastic family shop. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to them for many decades and have referred our family members (who also have been using them for many years) and friends. Owners are competent, honest, and customer-focused. They never push unnecessary repairs but keep a close eye on each vehicle. My last car went over 315,000 miles and was still running great when we sold it-thanks in part to their care. My wife's vehicle had well over 200,000 miles when we sold it to friends in 2018 and they are still happy with it now. Of course, they are maintaining our present vehicles. Two thumbs up (four if you include my wife).

This is my second experience with South Import Motors. First time was for an oil change and second was for an oil change and back brakes and rotors on a 650 BMW. Great customer service. Loaner car was offered and a little dog to pet if you get bored.Services: Oil change

Excellent experience! We needed to find a new repair shop after our previous, trusted shop closed during covid. After plenty of research (BBB, Consumer’s Checkbook, various online reviews) we decided to give South Import a try and we are very glad we did. We have a beloved 2009 Subaru Forester that we brought in that needed two minor tweaks (squeaking belt and rattling heat shield) and what we thought was another, more major repair. Upon inspection of the vehicle and discussion, we were assured that the major repair was indeed completely unnecessary at this time and was simply something to keep an eye on. In brief, we now have a non-squeaking, non-rattling Forester and saved a lot of money, time and frustration in the process. We’re really glad we found a shop we can trust and would highly recommend South Import to anyone looking for honest work at very fair prices.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Best repair shop in the state, they don't try to scam you with unnecessary repairs like most shops and do good work. Prices are better than the dealership too.Services: Tire rotations
