Best customer service. The building is older but is nicely managed. Firm beds, very clean bathrooms with good water pressure.
Safety: Absolutely no crime in the area
Walkability: Walking paths direct to the park and light rail.

Nice basic hotel. Clean and very friendly. Close to public transportation and the owners are very nice and love having the kids around. There is room for the kids to play at the hotel.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. We were satisfied. The metro from the Medical Center (Blue Line) also took you downtown easily.
