My life is changed forever thanks to the folks at the NE location. I'm so happy I'm literally sitting in my car vaping and writing this review right after my visit. They took the time to show me different refillable styles and let me vape a bunch of different flavors. The guy (I didn't get their names!) knew exactly which flavors I would like the best and he was so right. He was knowledgeable on disposable flavors as well, not just their house brand. He even knew the exact sciences of all the different variables in vaping. Things as a cigarette smoker of 26 years never even knew. My mind is blown. I left with products that are perfect for me, and I'm so happy to say that I can finally feel confident about vaping and kicking the cigarettes for good. Goodbye weird fruity flavors that kill my morning coffee experience. Hello to these perfect flavors that resemble the various Camel smokes I've been hooked on for way too long. Thanks a bunch to both the super chill friendly manager and especially the amazing science guy. You guys freakin rock. See you again soon!

Alex spent at least an hour with me today. I spent a lengthy time at the bar while I tried at least 15 flavors. He was the most professional and knowledgeable salesperson I've encountered in many years. Thanks Alex!!!

I ran out of the Geek Vape coils I use, and the smoke shop I normally go to doesn't have them. I searched for vape shops in my area and checked out Smokeless Vape. I was very surprised to find they offered local delivery and had the coils I needed!
As someone with mobility issues and who uses public transportation, this service is absolutely wonderful and removed my anxieties! I highly recommend Smokeless and am very thankful.

Let me start off by saying that I've been vaping for well over 20 years from the first Vape product that came out that look like a cigarette and was junk LOL! this shop is very knowledgeable, very great and knowledgeable employees and very much willing to help! the owner is just unbelievably awesome they have more locations I have been to the Bloomington one which is amazing as well. I swear vape shops just have some of the best employees❤️ but this one particularly stands out to me along with the employees they're amazing they are what makes it stand out they're just very personable and just they give a shit they really give a shit good people I'm so glad that I became part of the smokeless family and there is one other vape shop that I have to give kudos to above and beyond everyone and that would be the e-cig Market in Brooklyn Park that was my first love and will always be our love very good people as well same kind of review just amazing I can't speak enough if you considering putting cigarettes please go to these people don't try your friends vape! because it's a very personal thing and the device you're using and the amps you're vaping at, and device, that matters the level of nicotine matters and what's right for one is not right for the other it will turn you off and shut you down and you'll think that you would never be able to do it , so please do not try it someone else's! Go to the pros and find the real answer you'll get what you need I promise you never try somebody else's it's not going to work for you! it's not set up for you, bottom line people need to know this! not enough people say it, don't be afraid to give it another chance if you've been turned off by trying a friend's device, go in to one of these places that I have named and explain your situation, tell them your circumstance and I promise you'll leave very happy I was shocked at how easy it was for me to switch from cigarettes to this and never go back I couldn't believe how easy it was when you have the right device and the right nicotine level and the right flavor when everything is Blended beautifully the result is nothing but Perfection and you will be happy and you can do it trust me on this one like I said it's it's a very personal thing don't try somebody else's go in and talk to a professional and a tobacco shop that sells E-liquid is not a professional just know the difference.
I used to think that I needed a cigarette flavor in order to switch absolutely that was not the case what I needed was to feel like I was smoking something to fill my lungs and my mouth that's what I needed with the right device that can be done do not give up! Have a beautiful day!

I love Smokeless! Every location and every employee! Never a problem and super friendly. If you need info or education on laws regarding vape and thc, these folks can help you better understand so you can make the right choice. I’ve learned quite a bit and hoping I’ve made new friends with these great people. You got me for life!!!

This shop is the best! I was blown away by the kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable service I received. Alauna greeted and helped me right away, educating me about all of the best options for what I was looking for, and even allowed me to try a few different flavors until I found my favorite! There is clearly a lot of care that goes into the atmosphere here, and a reason for all of the good reviews. ? Last, but not least: the shop itself is beautiful! Lots of local art, very clean & well maintained.
