Great selection of product and knowledgeable staff. I love shopping here because I have a comfortable atmosphere to take my time and explore. The staff is always friendly, but they give space for you to compare and decide on your own without hovering or being overbearing about driving sales. Really a great sex positive place and a good place to start shopping if you’re shy.

Since they do NOT carry pornographic materials, I could bring my 14 year old in here! Kat was very warm + knowledgeable and provided info. for me to share with my teens, like NOT to use plant based lube with condoms. Thank you thank you for helping me educate the next generation on safety, oral and avoiding microtears.

The nicest cleanest smut palace we've ever been in. The staff are women which immediately makes a difference in attitude and atmosphere. Great selection of toys and a light smattering of leather products. My partner and I bought a bag full of goodies and were delighted with their quality that night. Money well spent.

I've been in here a couple times, but never bought anything because the prices made my head spin. Additionally, if I was in the income bracket this store targets in the first place, there'd be absolutely nothing for me to buy. All their stock is either "sparkle femme hot pink vibrator for LADIES uwu" or "TACTICAL fleshlight for MANLY men", all the people saying that this store is "inclusive" seem to be very...white, cis, and straight.There's no reason for a store that goes on and on about how progressive they supposedly are to be selling such aggressively gendered products. I do not feel comfortable as a gender minority entering this store, as all I see isn't "acceptance", it's me being told that I'm just a woman with the serial numbers filed off. I'd love it if whoever they have stocking this place decided to actually put the effort in to find REAL gender inclusive sex toys rather than just going for whatever $300 bright pink vibrator is gonna give them the most profits. This store just feels like the height of disingenuous rich people patting themselves on the back for doing the bare minimum. To paraphrase an Urban Decay ad from the 90s, pink makes me puke.

I was visiting from out of town, and I'll admit, I was drawn by the name! Loved the selection and welcoming atmosphere! Picked up a few gender-affirming products that aren't available in my city, along with the Black Trans Lives Matter pin featured in the picture.

I went here recently with my partner and while the store looks nice (it is really small tho), the customer service was really disappointing. We weren't even greeted when we came in and no one asked us at any point if they could help us. We had a few questions about products but the 2 staff members were just at the front talking to each other and not engaging with any of the other people in the store. A few other friends of mine told me in the past that they had terrible customer service and weren't helpful, so I wasn't surprised by our experience but still disappointed. It was not a welcoming environment that made me feel comfortable to be vulnerable about something as intimate as this. Their selection is also very limited, so if you're even a little kinky, they don't have anything for you. If you're looking for a good sex store, go to Bondesque around the corner. Much better store.
