I rented a unit online. The transaction was smooth and I had no problem entering the property on my first visit.
Once I find my unit, (indoor, but not climate controlled) the lights for the hallway didn't work, so it was very hard to see inside the unit, as there are no lights IN the unit itself. I had to go back home and get battery operated lights to see in there.
When I could finally see into my unit, I was greeted by a filthy floor with a bunch of broken glass everywhere.
I called the number on the office door, but had to talk to central customer service as the office had already closed for the day. Conveniently, they're not open tomorrow either (Sunday). The person I spoke to was helpful and apologized for the situation, and looked to see if there was a comparable unit open that he could transfer my rental to. He found one, and I walked over to see it.
The entrance to the hallway to the unit was halfway blocked by a giant wooden crate about 2 feet wide by 20 feet long. There was also an extension cord plugged into the wall at the entrance to the hallway (two tied together, so there was a giant knot where they joined) running diagonally half way down the hall (about 40 feet) which had to be stepped over to get to the new unit.
Upon opening the new unit, I shone my light into it, and although there was no broken glass, the floor was dirty. I refused the new unit due to this and the trip hazard of the cord, the giant crate in the way.
I asked to have my original unit swept, the hall lights fixed, and will speak with on-site staff to hopefully receive some credit off my rent for the inconvenience.
I rated this place two stars; one for the ease of online rental, one for ease of use with keypads for entry/exit, and ease of locating my unit.
I have only ever rented through Public Storage before (5 times over 10 years) and never encountered these issues. They cost more, but if you want a clean unit that operates as it should, it's worth the extra money.

The property needs to be renovated and modernized, however, the staff helped immensely with the move-in process and made everything seamless.

This place is trash. I got a unit at $65 promotion. Now I'm paying $115 a month another issue I am having there is no staff on the location of the times that is posted stating that it will be third problem people. Things come up missing and they act like they don't know what happened. I know two other people that rent and they belongings came up missing 4th and last the phone service do not work ????

I am happy to find a place that is affordable and nearby. It is a bonus that the staff is so attentive and it's reassuring to have somebody there all the time, 24/7!

Affordable. Storage was way cheaper than across the street. Also ppl here won't let anyone just follow ppl in so I feel it's secure.

Paige, the manager was very helpful in getting us a unit and helping us get one easily accessible from the drive-in location. When we arrived the computer was having issues and even though we are patient she still decided to give us first month rent because of our trouble. We are very grateful and we are grateful for the prices at this location and the cleanliness!
