Horrible service. Said he would be here before noon. He called at 11:00, saying he went to a big job elsewhere but would call when he was finishing up. I called at 2:15 to see when he might be coming. He said he was still coming since he lived near me--not to worry. Sounded like he would drop by on his way home. He never showed and we missed a 6:00 p.m. event that we were going to attend because we were still waiting for him. He pretty much ruined our day.

Service was completed the same day. Had 2 items to be removed. Eric and his crew were professional. He was willing to negotiate on a price which I appreciated since I did not have a lot of stuff to dispose of. Our address is a new one and not posted on some GPS systems and Eric did have trouble finding our location but did stay in touch by phone for directions which I appreciated because it took longer for him to get to our house that originally planned. Overall I was pleased with the service.

I am glad I found EK movers. They came the same day as I called and removed junk for a fraction of the cost of other junk removers. They were pleasant to work with and I'd recommend them to my friends! Top Notch!

Eric came alone out of necessity. His partner had an emergency and he wanted to still service his customers. He is a hard worker and a true gentleman. He stayed true to his quote over the phone, even though there were a few things to move not mentioned. His quote was considerably less than competitors. He moved heavy furniture by himself which two individuals moved previously. We would not hesitate to hire him again when the situation presents itself.
