The new windshield they put in leaked and so I had to take a second day out of my life to get it re-done. And then the second guy lost my car key! I’ll never do business with this company again.

My window cracked and insurance paid to have it restored. The cost was minimal upfront just an increased insurance rate. Saflite responded quickly and had someone out to fix it quick quickly. But when I returned to see it I noticed the corners of the trim were all curved and warped. The technician left a message noting that the trim replacement had been on the shelf a while but should be smooth out after a few days in the sun. I gave it a few days then scheduled a second appointment. The second appointment must have thought the work was done since the glass was clean and they left noting ran. It has been a couple months now and the work is still not complete. I am dissatisfied and would like their resolved

I’ve used Safelite twice now. I am very pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and are super responsive, flexible and also very friendly and professional.
Zachary was so wonderful. He was scheduled to come to my apartment and it was raining to hard to do the window replacement. I do not have a garage or covered parking. I asked him if I could meet him at Southdale Mall to do it in their parking ramp. It worked out perfectly and I even got to shop while he did the work.

My experience here was very nice. The lady who greeted me had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience easy and less stressful. As most people who come in aren't in the best of moods, considering glass needs to be replaced, she definitely made the mood better.
After that, the service was extremely faster than I expected. Granted it will depend on your vehicle, and whose cars are being worked on, but they are very efficient.
Lastly, my window hasn't had any problems, works just like it was new and was never broken.
All in all, good place to get your windows replaced!

Came to the rescue after someone smashed my window trying to break in. I travel often and needed my window replaced quickly- I was able to schedule within 2 days and the replacement only took an hour. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and I couldn’t be happier.

After my vehicle was broken into, Safelite got me in same day I called them to replace the broken window. It was such a relief to have it taken care of so quickly and the quality of service was excellent!

This has to be one of the best Safelite locations in the country, or at least in Minnesota. My windshield was cracked in the my line of sight, really the worst place possible. The service took a full hour, but absolutely and completely worth the wait. The damage essentially disappeared. I was shocked and amazed. Fantastic service.

Service was great. The issue was the day of service I received a call and they had to cancel the appointment because the tech called in. That is ok, things happen. I rescheduled for a week later. The tech was nice but he forgot to bring the rain guard that I payed for. A little frustrated that I had to wait an extra week and my order wasn't fully fulfilled. I did receive a credit for what I payed but I would have rather had my windshield replaced with the extras I added.

They were amazing and so helpful at this location. I had a crack in my windshield that could not be repaired and needed a completely new one windshield. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I mixed up the dates and came to my appointment a week early. Sue was so sweet and understanding and helped me get a new appointment scheduled and set up sooner than my original booking. I was stressed out, but she turned my entire day around by being gracious and kind. I really appreciate the work done and the awesome customer service. Thank you!

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I have been to this location for several repairs and replacements over the past several years. The technicians are outstanding - they know windshields and quickly get to work to fix the problem. My car was done right on time and they were very thorough.Thank you

made an appointment through my insurance to get windshield replaced and when i arrived they told me that they needed to special order the rubber trim for my make/model. they already knew the make/model and everything from my booking and would’ve had days to make the order ahead of time. this meant that i couldn’t get my windshield fixed at all since i am leaving town again the next day. makes no sense and terrible since they already knew of the problem with special ordering this part. however, the tech was courteous and through with explaining the problem to me and gave good advice. if you do use this company i would recommend calling ahead to ask about part and not expecting prompt service. i drive a 2004 toyota rav 4.

Technician damaged our vehicle. Safelite had us get quotes for the repair. The first quote they wouldn’t except because it was their competitor, which we found out is b.s. We have talked to 5 different people all promising resolve the issue and pay for the damages. Every person we talked said “I can’t believe this happened” and promised to resolve the issue. It’s been 4 months and no help with issue. We can’t fill a claim with insurance because it will count again us. So, by all means avoid doing any business with Safelite. They WILL screw you over and do it with a smile.
