I have been wearing them to bed for at least a few times and they have proven to be the best I have ever worn. I believe these must be the ones my local hospital supplies because they kept telling me I can keep wearing them after I went in them. I thought they were nuts, but they were right! I still prefer not to wear them after I have went in them, but it's great to know my bed will not get wet and neither will my floors!!! Now I can put throw rugs back in my bathroom! Thank you!!!

Valerie the supervisor is less than honest. She lied on my account stating UPS had my order while my order still hadn't reached the Rely warehouse. The other employees are wonderful. I was looking for a product for bladder incontinence to wear while swimming. The product suggested by a Rely employee and sent to me was for fecal incontinence and not bladder incontinence. Was completely useless for my family member. When I spoke to Valerie stating an employee at her office recommended this
product but product was not for bladder incontinence. Told her package had not been open. The product was less than $17 but Valerie said I would have to pay $19 to send it back. I called my bank and found I had been charged for entire order not just for wrong product I received. Bank explained I legally can not be charged till item has been shipped. The only negative I have is my dealings with Valerie. Will NEVER use this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Order materials for my mother through Rely and they always deliver and are flexible on shipping and authorship program. Great products. Highly recommended

We used the Rely brand pullups and bed pads. Still had trouble with leakage which is why we had to order the bed pads. Only had one customer service issue the whole time while with auto shipments but otherwise service was great. Now they have an answering service rather than taking their own calls and wonder how much product knowledge is there. I switched to ParentGiving and use the DryDirect products. No more leakage.

I bought ur pullups in the past. Was excellent. Bought some recently. I pulled them up and my thumbswent through the paper. The padding that is in the pullups never fit right either. I'm very disappointed. I bought 100. I can't even wear them

The woman on the phone asked if I had Medicaid and when I said no said she could not help me and hung up. I would have appreciated help like how I could get Medicaid or what else I needed to do.
