This driver put music on and I mention that you should ask the customer if they mind, I told him I didn't want to hear it. So what did he do turn the volume up. Worst driver I've ever had. He was going to do what he wanted.

Absurd and atrocious costumer service with no means to file a complaint. Even going so far as to lie about experiences that were caught on camera to the customer.

Same company as blue and white- great service/ok cabs- ALWAYS QUICK. Make sure you can pay and prove it before you get there!!! No exceptions so don’t even try! Haaaaa

I requested a red and white taxi on line as directed. I waited 2&1/2 hours for the taxi before taking a different transport to my hotel. I do not know if the request was taken or just forgotten about. This left a pour taste but I am willing to try again some other time with a back up plan!

Awesome were on time n made sure it was me..I ordered a taxi downtown n someone jumped in the driver left..I called n they said send another one....AT RED N WHITE WE WERE PICKED UP ON TIME N BEAUTIFUL CAR AT THAT...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We travel very early, 4am and he was right on time. The car was clean and the driver very courteous and listen to the directions I gave him. And it was very reasonable. We will use them again.

I called to get a ride and the guy on the phone was ready to set up everything till I said I was going to pay with a card then declined being able to send a taxi out. I asked for a recommendation of who would be able to and gave me no help.

10 years ago Red & white would of been my least favorite...today there much more dependable and there cars are much more cleaner and smell better. Well the few ive ridden in lately.

I m not happy at all.. 1st was told my ride will be at 10 for the first appoint ment at 9:30. And my ride was outside @9:35. I had to leave without eating anything and had to wait 1 hour at clinic as my app was 10:45. Clinic is 10 min away.For sec app I recieved a call at 11:20 that my ride will be there 12:20. I specifically told the person do not send anyone earlier, I need to eat. Guess wat 11:45 i got home n recieved the call ride is outside. The same eider who brought me back. I told him i need to eat n need 10 min. He said ok I will come back later. I specifically told him donot get later than 12:20 as we have to go down town. Guess what he was not there till 12:30, i had to call the company again they called him n then he came back. On top of that driver was on call with someone non stop. I have a brain injury and sensitive to noises. Non stop both rides. Car was extremely dirty. I hope I dont have to ride this taxi again.

DO NOT CALL THIS CAB SERVICE,RED OR BLUE THE EMPLOYEES ARE ILLITERATE THE SUPERVISORS ARE RUDE BE CAREFUL OF CAB #3147 .THE DRIVER OF THIS CAB STOLE MY WALLET AND TRIED USING MY CARDS.THANKS, LIFE LOCK.....For the sake of sanity I'd rather crawl through the valley of death than to use public transportation ever again.Google you need a symbol that describes lower than a star because one star would mean the company has a possibility this company should be BANISHED ?

Just watched red taxi #3252 approach a red light swerving.. then kept inching up til they were basically in the center of the intersection. Then they ran the red light on Cedar Ave and 28th. Swerving and running red lights at 3AM ? You sure your driver isn’t drunk….
