Really helpful service there. I brought in a cargo box that I was having trouble with. A person there helped me right then and there and was able to get my problem fixed. With service like that, I'd absolutely buy anything I need from them. Cheers

Awful experience with install of my trailer hitch. They completely misestimated install time. Told me 1.5 hours. It took double that time. I had come back to pick up my vehicle and waited for an hour and a half (even though they told me 20-30 min when I got there for pickup). Horrible (non existent) customer service around their screw up.

Awesome experience using Rack Attack to install a Kayak rack on our vehicle. After we setup our appointment, we were in and out in less than 45 minutes.

RackAttack is my absolute go-to for putting hitches, racks, etc. on the broad variety of vehicles I’ve owned over the last 15-20 years (sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, campers). Great customer's service, responsive, informative, well priced.

Quoted a great price and acceptable timeframe. A week after the quoted time had not heard from them, so I called and asked what was up. Turns out the wiring harness was under recall and nobody bothered to tell me. The only reason this isn’t one star is because the person that I spoke with was professional and apologetic. Now I’m in an extreme time crunch and have nothing to show for it.
I would sincerely encourage you to look elsewhere, while I think they might be good at what they do, they seem disorganized.

Rack Attack is a great place to get a roof rack system. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jack, especially went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me replace a 15 year roof top box with a Yakima Skybox 12 carbonite.
Highly recommend Rack Attack for purchasing a roof rack system. Keep up the great work!

Put on a Thule Crossbar System at Minneapolis Rack Attack. They picked the right system that fit my needs and put it on in under half an hour. Very Pleasant experience and I highly recommend them because it is very hard to pick the right system that fits a flush rack like what is on a Jeep Compass Trailhawk.
