Push Pedal Pull has an amazing service team! I was floored at the expertise and help we received by William Vesel, Senior Service Tech. He not only left us with perfectly working machines, he was very courteous and friendly, provided helpful information on how to fix minor things that can go wrong and what to do to keep our machines operating at their best!Thank you Push Pedal Pull!!

Our shopping experience with push pedal and pull was amazing! Was looking for a treadmill. Was not finding very many options in the St. Coud area. Went down to push pedal and pull and they had a few different quality treadmills we were very impressed with. They even had the one that I was really interested in a manual treadmill assault runner elite. After spending a couple hours there trying them out, we went with the assault runner elite. They were able to deliver it within just 2 days. Delivery people were awesome. Our sales guy Ron was awesome. Would highly recommend them!!!

Great experience from start to finish! Went in casually looking at ellipticals and found a used one that was perfect for me. Delivery team was courteous and professional. They got everything set up right where I wanted it. Highly recommend!

Really excited about my new PowerBlocks! They had them in stock and I was able to try them out before I purchased them which kind of rare these days with the supply chain in chaos everywhere these days. I was also really impressed with the staff. We need more people like them in the world... Very helpful, didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, made suggestions, looked things up super quickly, no pressure to buy, and they even wheeled my boxes out to the car and loaded them when I did purchase. 5-star service and lots of selection. I will buy here again for sure. Cheers

I would like to highly recommend and thank Paul Smaby for going up and beyond in his efforts to find the elliptical that met all my needs. I have used a Nordictrack for years, and was looking into a seated elliptical that would work for my both my husband and me. Paul listened to what I was looking for, then showed me, and let me try out all the possible matches that they had in their showroom. He also brought me back into the warehouse to show a few models that would be refurbished soon and might fit my budget better. I left without buying anything, but with all the knowledge I needed to make a decision when I found the perfect machine. Paul called me back in a week or so with the news that a used Nustep had been turned in and would be available. A Nustep was first on my list, but we just couldn't afford a new one, so I jumped at the chance to buy the lightly-used Nustep at an amazing discount. Thank you, Paul!

just now Terrible Treatment! I have a brand new treadmill which had an E02 code. that could have easily been fixed and re-sold. In fact, I called the store to donate it to them. I spoke with Adam who normally answers the phone. He stated that he was interested, and would come to my home and pick it up at 8:30 am, but the guy never showed or gave me the courtesy of calling me. His behavior was very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and just plain unprofessional. I was planning to purchase another treadmill along with other exercise equipment from this company, but have changed my mind because of the way they treat people. if the guy changed huis mind about picking it up, why not just call and state that? I called to speak with the manager Barret. Adam answered the phone and whispered that I wantd to talk to him, then sent my call straight to voice mail, and never called me back. Their lack of consideration and respect for customers, and the fact that Barrett didnt even bother to call back, is a horrible reflection of this company. I will not refer to this company to friends and family nor purchase anything from them. Zero stars if I had the option.

Highly recommend! Paul knows his stuff. He’s very knowledgeable, but not a pushy salesman. We’re so glad we went to Push Pedal Pull after initially going to a big box store.
