We had a fantastic experience with Pup Culture! They showed up promptly every day while we were on our vacation. Every visit we got photos and a detailed summary along with a checklist of every thing they did so nothing would be missed. The app they use for scehduling, payments and communication is absolutely fantastic and makes everything a breeze. They seem to really care about our cats, even making sure we got back from our vacation on time to in case they needed to come again!

Coming into dog walking, I was a little skeptical about letting a complete stranger come into my home and be around my very reactive dog, but I’m so glad I found Pup Culture! My dog, Nova, has so much energy and Pup Culture gives me great peace of mine while I’m at the office and my dog is at home. Nova absolutely adores all of the walkers and loves her time on her walks. I especially loved that when we got started with Pup Culture, we got to meet with Anna to discuss Nova’s needs and any concerns we had. Because my dog is pretty reactive towards other dogs, I really love the attention to detail in the notes they leave that let me know how Nova did on the walk and any insights into her behavior. Even on days when Minnesota weather is doing its thing, I know Nova will be well taken care of and I couldn’t be more grateful. A picture is worth a thousand words, and in every picture I get of Nova on her walks, she looks at her walkers like they hung the stars
Bonus: the adventure hikes are an amazing perk for those days that are extra busy when I know I won’t be able to walk Nova for long or have an extra long day at the office.

We are so grateful for how the Pup Culture team has been taking care of our cats for all our vacations. Everything always goes very smoothly. The cats are happy and we love seeing the fun pictures of them each visit. I highly recommend Pup Culture!

Pup Culture is not just for dogs! They are my go-to cat sitters, and they also take care of my plants and bring in packages as well. I love the multiple pictures included in each update, so I can have peace of mind that all is well with my kitties while away. Everyone is so respectful in my home, and I just can't say enough good things.

Pup Culture took care of our two cats for three days, and we could not be happier with the experience. We received photos of both cats every day, photos of the cleaned litter boxes, and a checklist of each task completed during the visit. The caregiver also sent a detailed message every day letting me know how things were going. One of our cats takes two medications daily, and the cats each have their own separate diet, both of which make caring for our cats a bit more complicated than most. Even so, I was very pleased with the care our cats received. Highly recommend!

We can't thank Pup Culture enough for their great care and service for Jazzy, our mom's dog. As mom was aging, it became clear that if she was going to keep her beloved companion she needed some additional help. Pup Culture was amazing. . . helping with the walks and the occasional dog meds or feedings while they were there. They worked with us for several years and we found them fantastic - reliable, consistent, and responsible. They always did exactly as we asked and reported back to us - with pictures too! Jazzy loved her walkers! We highly recommend them!

Reliable and extremely caring for your pets. My only complaint would be the strict hours of operation and the inability to book care on holidays. Most of us need pet sitters on holidays so it's disappointing they don't offer that. Other pet sitters I've had just charge a little extra on those days. Hope they are able to expand their services in that way.

I can’t speak highly enough of the services provided by Pup Culture. We have three cats and it is so comforting to know that someone comes to our home and spends time taking care of them while we are away. Each day, we get an update complete with great pictures of how our pets are doing in our absence. Jeanne is great with them!!!

The team at Pup Culture are always so great! They send full, detailed reports and pictures from every visit so I get to see my cats while I’m gone and know that they’re well taken care of.Once, when one of my boys was experiencing some anxiety while I was gone, the team did a fantastic job of managing his anxiety and care when I couldn’t be there. Another time, when my flight home from a trip was delayed a day, they easily arranged another visit for me so my cats wouldn’t have to go an extra day without food and a clean litter box.I always feel completely comfortable hiring their services, because I know that my babies will be happy and cared for with any member of the Pup Culture team that is scheduled to visit. They’re very accommodating and flexible, with amazing communication and kindness. I love them!!

I highly recommend Pup Culture’s services. I have used them for several years. They take great care of my pet (baby) and send me updates and pictures. When I’m away, I can relax because I know my pet is in great hands! They also offer to grab your mail or packages which is a bonus when you are out or town.

Pup culture watched my cat for me while I was gone over the holidays. Due to last minute weather changes I had to rearrange my schedule to add more days and they were very willing to accommodate on late notice. Each day I received a note about what was done (take package in, cleaned litter box, etc.) and they even sent photos of my furbaby. Very professional and app is very easy to use. Highly recommend!

We’ve had Pup Culture/Lisa helping us out with our two large Golden Retrievers for going on 2 years. She’s been so sweet, accommodating, and helpful - she helps to bring in our packages and empty garbage cans when we’re not home. And our pups love her!! Highly recommend!
