Expensive ink and labels that keep having to be reordered because of how wasteful the printers are with them. Also, on their website, it would be nice to be able to jump into "previous orders" and find a specific product in that pervious order area instead of having to click and guess each order to find the one product you had bought before.

Ahhh Eddie… I’ve owned Eddie the edible printer for about a year and a half now. To say that it has helped my business is an understatement. Between being able to take last minute orders, to being able to enhance my Royal icing designed cookies. I literally haven’t used my air brush in over a year. Fantastic buy! Fantastic customer service

And to top it off, Primera provides amazing, world-class customer service and tech support, and they also host an Eddie Users Group on Facebook where Eddie Printer owners can offer and get help and ideas from other bakers and cookie artists. I only wish I learned about Eddie earlier! He definitely has earned a place of honor in my kitchen and as a partner in my cookie business. Way to go Primera! You and Eddie are superstars!

I was in a pinch when my Primera printer broke down on Tuesday and I had lots of printing to do to get ready for a event on Saturday. This is not a review of the Primera (which I have only been moderately happy with ) but it is a review of their sales team. I spoke with a sales rep who helped me purchase another Primera printer to use to get me through my busy work week and be a back up in case of this happening again. She gave me a great price and shipped it out immediately, sent me tracking info, as well as went the extra mile to help me figure out who might be able to help me print some labels in the meantime. Her excellent customer service saved the day.

It is INSANE how rude their technical support is. I have had to deal with Janiel a few times and she is the most awful person I've ever dealt with in my life, honest. Every single time is just RUDE and you leave feeling so frustrated and angry. I have no idea how she keeps her job, she clearly knows very little about these printers or how to run support on them. She has never once been able to successfully solve my problem, and yet manages to keep me online and waste an hour + of my time every time I need help.

Printers work well, for the most part, when they are working. However, repair services are horrible. Printer was returned to me after maximum possible return time AND was returned NOT working due to a NEW problem. I was told I had to pay to return it to them so they could fix the problem they caused.

Printers are extremely wasteful of both ink and labels. Ink cartridges purchased directly from Primera with throw an "Incompatible Ink Installed" error. 10/10 would never recommend.
