I had stopped by with my 7 year old son who is just getting into coin collecting and had a tremendously great experience visiting the coin shop. My son was given some neat gifts and great advice for his start in collecting and couldn't have had a better time visiting.
We will definitely be back soon.

I had a couple of gold bullion pieces for sale and requested a quote by email. I received a response within the same day and was happy with it. The next day I visited the shop to complete that transaction. I had a great experience doing business with Bill and I highly recommend visiting the shop!

I was visiting the area from out of town and luckily decided to stop at Premium Quality Coin. Bill was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I picked up some Spanish colonial silver coins and a few other items and was quite happy with the purchases. The storefront is impressive and has a great selection. I only wish I had a local coin store like this closer to me! Thank goodness Bill has an eBay shop too!

Tried to have a discussion with somebody on the phone and the only thing they told me is to spend the rare coins and would just stop responding to me while speaking to them. Not sure if It was just an incompetent employee or if this is their normal rate of service. (Since the store has asked me to edit my review)To clarify I was asking about several coins and the main response was to spend them, then talk at me when i was asking about other coins. I found a much more helpful and professional coin shop which was able to give me all the information I needed in 15 minutes. Poor communication skills and poor customer service were had. Thank goodness I was able to find a store willing to talk about the wheat pennies and liberty nickels as well.

I bought my first ever coin at Premium Quality Coin the other day and had a great experience. Bill seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got what I was looking for and that I understood what I was buying. I felt very comfortable with my purchase and would be happy to do business with Premium Quality Coin again in the future.

I visited this shop a month ago and had a great experience. The proprietor Bill was very helpful and easy to talk to. I learned more than I expected I think I will be back to refine my collection further. Hopefully during lunch hours because ther is a Chinese restaurant next door in the skyway that looked and smelled really nice!
