We recently received an oil change from this location and then our car started making a weird noise. We took our car into the dealership because we thought something had broken. After inspecting the vehicle our dealership told us that there was no oil in the vehicle. There are no leaks, and everything is fine but they said there was no way our recent oil change was done correctly, that we were extremely lucky our car wasn't damaged, and that someone had definitely forgotten to fill it with oil.
We called Precision auto tune about it, and they would not take any responsibility for it. No apology, no refund, and they were incredibly rude...
EDIT:
Below the owner commented and asked me to call them. I called the number and literally had the exact same conversation about how they weren't responsible, so I am not sure why they asked me to call again. I would not recommend going to this shop.

Brought my car in with a groupon and was in and out in an hour! Great work and service - plan on bringing another car for an oil change. They need coffee tho.

Late in the day unscheduled service. I walked in on the wrong date that I had scheduled. The lone mechanic listened to my situation and one hour later, I had my oil change done and my serpentine belt replaced. I wish I could remember his name. Thank you and I'm sorry you had to stay past closing.

Had a Groupon to go In went in told them what I needed done he took my car for a test drive had me sit for over 2 hours with my car just sitting there finally came to get me to talk to me quoted me over 1200 to get just break pads replaced after I told him I just wanted the backs as I had just done the fronts the week prior. Tried to tell me I had to do all 4 and all 4 roters and calipers which was wrong I took my car elsewhere and got exactly what I wanted done for way under what he was trying to force me to do while there I heard him tell numerous people that the oil change they needed would cost more than what they got just can’t believe this location is getting away with robbing people like this! The dude who did my car was Daryle just down right snake and I will never ever go to another location if this is how one location is conducting business I’d be afraid to try another location fair warning don’t take your business to them!

I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone. I came in for a basic oil change appointment. Been waiting over an hr to finally hear that they purchased the wrong filter. They made me late to work. They also lied to me saying everything was fine until more people came in and that's when they finally told me the truth. All around a bad experience. Never coming back here again.

I would give zero stars if possible. Same experience as the recent reviews; bought a Groupon, called and emailed them multiple times (Columbia Heights and Roseville locations) but never heard back, I even reached out to customer service and never heard back. It's hilarious to see the company respond to all of these reviews on Google maps but I bet they still haven't responded to anyone who has called or emailed this location... I know they still have a responded to me. I hope people check out this location on Google maps before making the same mistake as we did when we bought the Groupon without doing research first!!

TERRIBLE ( SERVICE) I CANNOT EVEN GET THEM TO CM BACK TO SCHEDULE! 5 PHONE CALLS ( THEY NEVER ANSWER) 5 MESSAGES AND 3 ONLINE INQUIRIES. MUST BE UNDER NEW MANAGMENT CUZ IT'S HORRIBLE HERE! EVEN MORE EFFD UP, I HAVE A GROUPON THAT SOON EXPIRES! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS AT THIS POINT AS I STRUGGLE TRYING TO SCHEDULE A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE! BAD LOOK GUYS!

I’m not sure that this place is open. Like many other reviews, I am unable to get a hold of this business and they do not return emails/phone calls. It’s nearly impossible to set up an appointment with them. I bought a groupon for an oil change, but with the lack of communication, It’s highly unlikely that I will receive the service I paid for. 0/10 would recommend.

I hate giving bad reviews but this one deserves it. Horrible experience. Central Avenue, Columbia Heights location. Bought a Groupon for an alignment. Called and left a message. No call back. Called 5 times over 2 weeks. When he finally answered he was rude but set an appointment. We showed up at the appointment time and there was a sign on the door saying sorry we're closed, please contact the Roseville location.

No one ever answers the phone. I’ve called numerous times and left three messages, trying to speak to someone so I could make an appointment. No one called me back. Just tried calling now, and voicemail was full and not accepting any more messages. I’ll go elsewhere.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND DON'T COME HERE! Like other reviews mentioned, I came here with a phoned in appointment for Friday afternoon, only to find out that they're "temporarily closed" even though Google maps says they should be open. They also won't reply to email appointment request. Huge waste of time.
