Dario came into my unit to complete some work orders that I found on the day that I moved in. He was very polite, professional, attentive. He took the time to ask me questions to get a better understanding of exactly what it was that I was trying to communicate. He was very punctual, even though I had to reschedule the day prior. He wanted to make sure that my move into Plymouth Square apartment was stress-free. Thank you for everything. My family and I truly appreciate it!

Lovely place to live, quiet and safe. Staff is very helpful and informative. Been here a few weeks and it has been wonderful as a young professional. Location is perfect as it's nearby many shops and the library.

After living here for almost 2 years, now I'm having too moved in January for no apparent reason they are providing. Just that they won't be renewing my lease. I believe I know why and its because of other tenants complaining of cigarettes smoke. Since I'm the only person that smokes among the tenants that are complaining, they just automatically believe it's me. Not once have they asked too come in my unit to investigate but I invited 2 of the office people in my unit so they can smell the weed smoke in my bathroom. Not once did they say they smell cigarette smoke. Another issue I'm having a problem with is how come these so call tenants are not complaining about the weed smoke which is way stronger than cigarette smoke. And til this day they still don't know who was smoking weed but they just know it's me smoking. Ever since I've been here, I've seen more black people move out and more white people move in. Then the rent is always increased to 8% when it's time to renew your lease. When it was time to renew my lease after being here for a year, my rent was increased around $128 and they only did a 6 month lease and she told after that lease is up, the rent will increase again. That's 16% in a year of rent increase and the law states that they are not to charge you more than 8% per year and yet, they are doing it and getting away with it. When I went on BBB, their were a number of complaints I mean pages and pages of upset people. I'm posting and writing to who ever may listen.

In my previous rating just a week ago, I gave 5 stars. That was just for the maintenance staff who need to work very hard - this is an old apartment building and it is showing its age more and more. Rent has increased faster than inflation. Not just the rent, other features are now charged: covered parking and gas for heat/hot water are two notables. Even with the rent problems, many tenants like this place for a variety of reasons, but a breaking point is coming. The rent, the age of the building, and what seems much like a decay in the tenant population are going to catch up.

Absolutely loved having access to the indoor pool and hot tub 24 hours. Location is really great also, close to everything you could ever need.

Cockroaches!! on going. Refuse to treat the floor so they just treat place to place and push the bugs around. Probably going to lose all my furniture due to their negligence.Rotten wood and ceiling in my bathroom they just keep painting over it -packages are constantly stolen. Management has refused to fix the issue or install package lockers. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars to stolen packages , some being gifts sent from family members. consider having to also pay for a PO box .Rent goes up - quality goes down.Area is nice, too bad they let the building get so awful.

Living in Plymouth Square Apartments is an amazing experience. With a pool, sauna, playing area, barbecue area, and fitness center, it's like living in a resort. The best part is that it's all available at an affordable housing price. Highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars I would... made an appointment to look at an apartment. Went to the appointment and they said they didn't save it.. if you can't get the easiest part right it's highly doubtful you're doing the important stuff right.

Although this building has aged a bit, it's a great price for Plymouth with pretty solid management from Weidner Apartment Homes. The vast majority of repair requests are acted upon within 24 hours and the windows and sliding doors were just replaced this year. It's in a quiet area but a pretty great location, close to a Fitness center and a large local park. It may not be a new and ritzy building, but it's a good quality apartment in a good town for a fair price.

Our stay at Plymouth Square apartments was great!Facilities are super with indoor swimming pool, heated basement parking, gym and spa well maintained. The staff is very supportive and always approachable, especially facilities manager Jennifer who has always been helpful.The apartment homes are conveniently located with all facilities within walking distance.Overall, it was a very nice experience staying here.

We moved here about two years ago, and I have to say, this is a wonderful experience, especially compared to the apartments we lived in before.The property is kept neat and clean by an absolutely stellar housekeeper, thank you again, Marissa!!Office managers are always very friendly and helpful, thanks Jennifer and Amani!Any repairs that came up, were dealt with quickly and professionally, when we had to wait for parts, we were notified and given an ETA. The windows we had issues with the first winter, are now replaced by absolutely gorgeous and modern two pane ones, that even when it's super cold out, keep the heat in, not heat up the outside.Accessibility is amazing, and the walking paths are just across the road. Love the place, it's amazing, you all should move here :)

Plymouth Square is a classic, suburban MN property. It is located in one of the most sought after school districts, near all the shopping, parks, lakes, recreational facilities, and transit systems you could possibly ask for. The property has even started making sensible upgrades including all new windows and sliding patio doors across the entire property, new exterior paint, and so on. Come check it out!

Happy to see the modernization of the A wing elevator, works great! Also love the new windows, bedroom blinds, and balcony doors. Another favorite community amenity is the heated garage, an absolute must living in MN.
