First off - every driver I've encountered has been nothing but kind and polite. I have no issue with the drivers at all. What I will say is that the scheduling and communications are non-existent. For example, on 1/11/23, there was an ice storm, so buses had to stop running. Totally cool, but there are no text notifications, no emails, nothing. Had a coworker not texted me, I would have walked to the bus stop for nothing. And when buses started running again, the only iota of information was a line on the website that said they were BAU again. No mention at all of the fact that anyone who'd missed the morning buses was SOL getting downtown. This is to say nothing of bus timing. If every bus is going to be 5 - 15 minutes late, and it's consistent, then it's not the drivers. It's the schedule. If the buses can't meet the schedule, y'all need to rewrite the schedules. No one is demanding a specific time, but we DO want to know what that time is.The same psychology that should lead them to take EXTRA care of their riders (the fact that there are no other options out here) is precisely what leads them to put in zero effort communicating with their riders. Drivers = good. Mgmt = laughable.

Completely incapable of running a route on time. My afternoon bus from downtown to Station 73 is at least 15 minutes late every single day. I realize there’s shortages and all but that is ridiculous.

The most recent app that they came out with, Click and Ride, is the most frustrating thing ever. Somedays it’s absolutely impossible to find a ride to where I want to go and I’ve been in situations where I haven’t been able to get home because of that. I’ve been late to appointments too and it’s frustrating. The other app they had was so much better. It was easier to book rides and I never had this problem.

I've been riding buses with Plymouth Metrolink for 15 years. The drivers are wonderful and their dispatch/customer service representatives are so kind and helpful. I've ridden some metro transit buses that are not like that... passengers and driver's being rude and unhelpful. I love Plymouth Metrolink!

This is the worst excuse for a transit company I've ever seen. They have cost me hundreds of dollars from being late or not showing at all. In 1 weeks time (typical 5 day work week) they caused me to miss my bus home 4 times costing me more than $200 to get home via Uber. Don't bother using them if you have to be somewhere at a specific time or have to transfer to a different bus. I live in Forest lake and use their park and ride service. The first bus is operated by Minneapolis, never late, always on time. My second two buses are Plymouth metrolink. I have seen them on time twice, I've ridden the bus for more than six months now... Terribly run service that I'm sure I also pay for with my tax money. If you call to complain, you're lucky if they call you back and certainly don't expect them to rectify or resolve anything. This service is a terrible joke.

I've been riding for nearly two years and can't say enough good things about the positive attitudes of the drivers. I've seen my fellow passengers treat the drivers with zero respect and the drivers always handle it with grace and humor.

They might as well not have a schedule!

This transportation company is a total joke. Worst of all the bus companies around. Clueless to the rules and regulations in downtown Minneapolis. How they haven't killed more people is nothing short of a miracle. Their buses are crappy, and their bus drivers are even worse. They shouldn't even be allowed in downtown Minneapolis. Lead footed drivers have been seen flying over 45 mph downtown. Awful bus company
