If you enjoy the “upselling” experience when getting your vehicle serviced, this is the place for you. An annual visit appointment cost $641.00 and the 15 minute appointment did not include a Veterinarian. “You will need to make a separate appointment to see a Doctor. What?

I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at Pet Crossing and would not hesitate bringing my other dog there in the future and would recommend Pet Crossing to others based upon this experience.

The vets, techs and staff here are incredible. Our poor dog had been through so much and was on death’s door and they literally saved her life, after receiving no help from our primary vet and an emergency vet hospital. We are moving the care of both of our dogs here and will be clients moving forward. Some of the most compassionate, knowledgeable people work here. Thank you! One of the vets came in on her day off to help our sweet pup.

Brought my dog in here recently due to scheduling issues(too long of wait) with my regular vet clinic. The care was on par with other vet clinics I have taken my pets to in the past. No complaints with the care received however, I was put off by the extremely high prices and high pressure sales tactics. I see other reviewers have also experienced what I would call almost 'shaming' tactics into accepting unnecessary products and services. I know they are unnecessary because my regular vet would have suggested it. Over the last 20+ years I have taken my dogs to a few other vet clinics in the Bloomington/Richfield area and have never dealt with this before. Lesson learned. Will not be returning as I don't feel like paying for the fancy artwork on the walls(my dogs don't care) and there are many other lower cost and just as competent vet clinics in the area.

I really wanted to love this Vet. They are very friendly and attentive in clinic, but they are very difficult to communicate with once you walk out the door. Trying to get them to call in a prescription for your pet is next to impossible. Every time I have tried to get my dog’s meds, it’s taken 3+ days. For my dog who needs pain meds daily, she is left to be in pain over the weekend because it’s now Friday, and even after calling first thing this morning to get them to call it in to my pharmacy (again), they didn’t do it. I’ve called to get her script refilled for 3 days, they keep saying they will, and they don’t. I’m so disappointed. I wish their priority was to actually help the animals and get them what they need asap, but it seems to be more about making money.

When my dog was sick, they got her right in for an appointment. They did everything they could think of to get to the bottom of her sickness. They were very gentle with her. They checked in with us around the clock to make sure she was doing okay once we returned home.

Took my puppy here for a same day appointment when the vet we had been going to was booked out for almost 2 weeks. I was so impressed. It really felt like everyone had my pets best intrest in mind and was very thorough. Dr. Dengel was the perfect combination of professional and personable to put all of my concerns at ease, and our tech Maria helped keep my puppy happy and kept me well informed. I left with everything I need to help make sure that he'll be a happy healthy puppy, including a bunch of tins of special food. Autumn at the front desk noticed I had my hands full and even offered to help carry them to my car. I can not overstate how impressed I am with the kindness and level of quality I experienced from everyone on their team.

I’ve been to this clinic twice now, once for each of my dogs. Both times, the staff were generous enough to see us last minute as they were both emergencies.Everyone who works at Pet Crossing has been so kind and welcoming to me and my pups, especially Dr. Solgat. I’m definitely taking my pups here from now on, best vet in the twin cities!

I'm so appreciative to Pet Crossing. The group of people that work here are so kind and genuinely care about my doggie. They treat your pet and advise on preventative care but don't pressure you to do so. Thank you for taking care of my Chewy when he needed it ❤️

I've been blessed with a wonderful pup, but he has so many health issues. I have been bringing him here since he was 9 weeks old. Now he's turning 3 next month, and he still gets excited to go see his friends at Pet Crossing. The entire staff is attentive, friendly, caring, and helpful. We have been seeing Dr. Solgat since our initial vet moved. She is WONDERFUL. I don't have any bad things to say, they truly take care of my pup to the best of their abilities, and that's more than I could have hoped for from a veterinary clinic. Every time my pup is in he is treated like a king, and loves every minute of it! So happy to have found them, and continue to see them for his health and wellness needs. 10/10 recommend.

The entire staff at Pet Crossing were amazing from beginning to end of Kaya’s appointment! They helped ease our minds through a frightening situation for us! We really appreciate the follow up call checking on Kaya! We plan on bringing our other dog here when needed!

If you take your dog here you will receive high pressure shaming tactics to try to make you feel bad about not following all of their recommendations and buying the products they recommend. When I went to pick my dog up after a routine concern the vet spent time telling me her concerns and recommendations. I thanked her and explained I wasn’t interested. She then continued to talk about why I should do what she recommended in a very condescending and shaming way. Multiple times I thanked her again and said I wasn’t interested but if I changed my mind I would schedule an appointment. I was clearly trying to end the conversation so I could get back to work but she just kept talking and said the way that I was caring for my pets wasn’t the best way even though they were healthy. She was pushing me to purchase dog insurance, specific brands of food, and every vaccine ever created for dogs, and wouldn’t stop despite me telling her I wasn’t interested.I have had dogs all my life and always take them to the vet regularly and have never been treated this way before. It was clear that the staff care for animals but they play on people’s emotions and love for their animals to get them to purchase treatments and products. I took my dog to another vet shortly after this who confirmed he didn’t need any of the special treatments, food and vaccines she had recommended. I will never go back to this place.
