$50 wash. Windshield still dirty with bugs on it. Bed of truck not cleaned at all. Tailgate is filthy. Not worth that price.

Came in to get an interior cleaning and they charged me for a car "wash" plus my car was dirty afterwards . Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Never going back.

Canceled prepaid carwash card without notifying me, Lost $45, Very much a dishonest business. Reported them to the Attorney General's office.
Never received any free washes in the 20 plus years I was a customer, always had to pay for them. They did not take away anything that was given for free. Paid for 10 washes Perfect Ten did not honor the prepaid card I purchased. I do not believe that a business can just cancel their liabilities. Perfect 10 Car wash's response to my review is consistent with their dishonesty.

So I just paid $41 for perfect 10 car wash and my car is still dirty. I still see dirt on car seats and dashboard. It was full inside and out clean package.

This used to be my go to place. I came in 2 days ago and had them wash my new truck. When I got home I noticed the "tire shine" stuff they allied was splattered all over the fenders and looked horrible, not the wheel well (I would accept that) this was all over the sides of my truck for 1-2 feet PAST my wheel well openings. I brought it back, and told them I wanted it washed off the truck, and they made me pay for another wash to get their goof up fixed. Time for a new place. That's not customer service AT ALL.
UPDATE.
I got home after getting the 2nd wash to remove the tire shine from the sides of my truck, most of it is still all over the paint, they didnt clean it off. $40+ in washes. I should have never had to pay for the 2nd wash to clean up their mess, which they again failed to do. I refuse to pay for a 3rd with them. This is ridiculous.
Oh and when I told the lady outside that I wanted the cheap wash, as all I needed was their wheel shine washed off from all of my paint. (I told her I was there 2 days prior) she charged me for a 26 dollar wash. That's not the "cheap" wash at all. That's about $10 less than this (should have been compt honestly).

Great service and quality! No, they're not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for and they're still competitive. They took my 7 year old pick up truck and with their bumper to bumper detailing, made it look like I just drove it off the new vehicle lot at the dealership.
