Cleaning is above all, you leave your car behind and you don't even get to the office, the car is ready to dry no matter how much you pay the high price, the vacuuming is fast, the folders are washed and not dried and the windows are stained.

No attention to detail.
I had to literally take the cleaning rags and wipe down the inside of my door because they did not.
it was just very poorly done.
Find another place.

Never coming back here. I chose their highest service option and the inside of the car was still as dusty and dirty as when I came in.

I have been going to this car wash for years. Today, I went in to get the normal deluxe wash and things appeared to be fine initially. As I looked closer, I noticed that my cup holder pad and my handicap sign were missing. The handicap sign was in my glove compartment and when I asked for it back I was told that they do not go into any compartments. I had the sign prior to my wash and could not find it after. When I noticed the cup holder pad was missing I was told “sorry.” I also noticed that my back window and passenger door had not been cleaned properly. I spoke with the reception Cindy, who had absolutely no empathy and was told that Papa the owner would be in on Wednesday. I left my name and number but ultimately left even more upset at how this was handle. Cindy was not able to share any policy on missing items outside of the company is not liable for missing items. A part of my car (the drink holder pad) can be missing and that is ok? Very upset, I will NEVER go back. I want my money back!

Real downturn in quality recently. For the last 4 years I would get a consistently clean car—now I assume they’re reusing dirty rags and my windows are dirtier than when I arrive. Truly disappointing and I won’t be returning, I’ll have to find a different one further away from my house.
