I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Mike is awesome. I feel like I’m in great hands and they don’t make me feel like a dingus. I’m not the most car savvy so it is nice to have people you can trust and feel good about. I highly recommend Parents!!??❤️?

The first time ever where I brought in my car to have the tire fixed and just paid $35! All other times when I've gotten a flat tire, other mechanics have changed the tire claiming I needed a new one because the old one was beyond repair or worse when I bring it to a tire shop, they convince me that all 4 tires need to be changed where I always felt ripped off!! Since I moved to Uptown almost 2 years ago, Parents Autocare have become "my auto shop". They are the first one I have become to trust. Mike, the owner is great and loves to educate me on different stuff surrounding my vehicle. They're always timely, no-nonsense and charge me for only what I need done!

This is my neighborhood mechanic, and I've had a friend that recommended them for years. They're straight forward about what you need, honest and their prices are fair. I love having them in the neighborhood.

My favorite place I have ever taken my car to!!! Not only do they always get me in fast and fix my car in one day, but they are incredibly friendly. As a young person who knows basically nothing about cars, I can not rave about this place enough. Mike has taken 5+ minutes on more than one occasion to explain what is happening + my options throughly and answer all my many question without talking down to me or making me feel dumb. Plus, they have never pressured me into anything and even took the time to give me cheaper, shorter term options when I mentioned that I was getting rid of my car in 5 months. Their expertise is incredible and I have never trusted anyone more.

This place is not good. I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up with a broken car that cost me hundreds to fix. They also broke the handle to open the hood and I’m now not able to open it. Will never come back. Please don’t go here

Drive in at a time when they were getting ready to close and owner said bring it in to have a look, even though it was something minor. I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to even do it, and at a reasonable price to me. Didn’t try to do anything extra as another shop probably would’ve! Thank you Parents Auto
