Ben towed my RV twice. Once from the roadside, and again to a second service location. He noticed a part on his truck was cracked and he wouldn't risk damaging my vehicle using sub-par equipment. He returned with newly replaced equipment to put my mind at ease. Was very very decent on his rates. Friendly, punctuality a bonus these days, was careful with my vehicle, took a route that kept us out of harms way off the interstate, I gave him all the cash I had for a tip, what more can I say.. I will refer Ben to anyone needing a tow, he'll be my 1st call if I'm ever in need again. Enjoy those new gloves my friend and thank you very much Ben.

Had My Car Fixed Here, The Job Was Horribly Done. Insurance Paid Them Well & The Job Was Still Pour The Paint Over Job Was Washed Off During a regular Car wash. My censors are all messed up. I refuse to bring my car back here to be fixed. I do not recommend this place at all!

He is a very very nice, understanding, and sharp man!
They go above and beyond to help those who need it. My experience was top notch.
I’ve dealt with plenty of shop owners and this has/had to be one of the best experiences.
If you are looking for a car, or need car work done, I would highly recommend them!

I got to meet and visit with then owner and he had some amazing stories to share but the best part for me was what he showed me the work he had to re do and the money I ended up wasting Goin thru someone else never again I will stick to this place and know this lesson learned

Brakes were grinding hard, needed to get them replaced ASAP. Called him, turns out he was leaving the shop for the day, came back to help me out and replace my brake pads. A+ mechanic and person.

I had a couple very serious issues taken care of here. Olympic was always courteous and helpful and was prompt and timely. Towing was a bit of a problem, but was during a couple very snowy periods so i understand.

Worse shop experience ever.. I paid to get a car towed for maintenance there...just for their mechanics to say vehicle was under warranty, so let dealer I brought the car from fix it due to so much work had to be done to fix a small issue (laziness)... and on top had my car ran sacked credit card stolen and all my ash tray change was missing as well as other valuables...I was even told who the culprit was but still wasn’t reimbursed or accommodated for anything
