My AC drain has been clogged and it’s been dripping water into my front passenger seat floor. They cleaned it out a few weeks ago, and after the same issue came up again, i took it back in and they cleaned it up again with no charge because they “don’t double dip”. Thanks Amigo! “The service at Amigo is top tier! I brought my car in a few times this summer; once for a nail embedded in my tire, which was quickly resolved by the team for a very reasonable price and the other when my service engine light came on a day before a road trip. The team at Amigo fit me in an hour and a half before closing and were able to fix all of the issues. The team is friendly, communicative and does quality work. We're so lucky to have found them in the neighborhood!”
“I was driving my motorcycle home from my winter storage and I got a flat tire. While waiting to be picked up, I walked around to see if I could find some sort of air option at one of the neighboring businesses. I was walking by Tom's business and startled him working after hours on his own vehicle. I told him what was happening and he said he would connect the hose to his building to help me out. I pushed the motorcycle his property and tried to fill up my tire. It was not working and he came out to check up on us. I have broken the bean (seal) and Tom grabbed some tools and started to try to help us selflessly. There were 3 different ways he attempted to fix the tire and the last one was a blast of compressed air that pushed the tire back into place. He told us about the charity work he does and his other hobbies (cars and motorcycles). He fixed it, check both the tires, and sent me on my way. I offered to pay him and I was so happy for the help, and he declined. WHAT A NICE GUY!! I do not live in the area, but I think I found my new mechanic. Thank you Tom!! You saved my day, or could have been my week. So thankful!!Service: Tires”

The Honest1 team will not try to upsell you on things not needed. After assessing the age of my vehicle, Marc actually steered me towards the dealership to see if parts could be replaced under warranty. Very customer first to make sure folks get the best solution possible. These are folks that I can trust with my vehicleand will be a repeat customer in the future!”

“I’ve been taking my car to Honest-1 for a few years. It’s 15 years old now and has over 150k miles so it has needed quite a bit of maintenance. While the prices aren’t always the cheapest, they are consistent and reliable. They have good availability and get things done efficiently. They explain things when I ask questions, and while there always seems to be a list of more suggested maintenance, I don’t feel like they push me into getting extra unnecessary work done. They help me decide what to prioritize when I’ve had multiple costly repairs, and they get things done on time. When they have messed up, they have always done their best to rectify the situation. Dealing with car repairs and maintenance is never fun, but the folks at Honest-1 make the process significantly easier.”
“15 mins instant oil change as it says, but the wait time in the line depends since it's no-appointment-needed service. Staffs are very sweet even during a hot sunny day outside. When I was there, I waited about 45 mins. Sometimes the angle of how cars are parking while waiting kinda messes up the queue. The line was all the way on the sidewalk of the road, but the staffs tried their best to manage it.
They did oil change very fast. They didn't try upselling their things. They were honest with my parts conditions such as what should be replaced or waited. Zach the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel the pressure of hard selling at this place like other chain stores.”
