Just got home from a really run happy hour with our new furry friend neighbors at Odin. Great job Maddie and Noah! You are great event planners! We are so thankful to have found a property that is well cared for. And, the best part--we have great neighbors ? We are just beginning our 3rd month here at Odin. The management team knows what they are doing and their work is supported with the necessary funding. How refreshing! We have deep experience with apt living focused on enjoying the best Minneapolis has to offer. Odin is earning high marks from me.

I lived at the Odin from Oct 2022-Nov 2023 and it was the best living situation I've had in Minneapolis. The location is amazing - very walkable to many restaurants/bars, and easy access to downtown/Nolo. The building is very well kept and as someone who worked from home I really appreciated the co-working spaces throughout to switch it up from my normal desk set up. The pool is awesome and the gym is very clean and functional. I think the value you get for the price here is very reasonable and much better than other spots in the area. I was so sad to leave this apartment and would have re-signed my lease if I wasn't moving out of state. This apartment will be my go-to should I move back to the cities. Highly recommend!

We moved in yesterday and we are so happy. The whole experience has been great, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and we love our corner unit. The views are fantastic and the amenities are amazing.

We have rented at four different North Loop properties and this has been by far our best rental experience in the North Loop/Northeast area! The staff are all wonderful, including the maintenance team who are always timely to respond and are very accommodating with scheduling given that we work from home. This building has an amazing cleaning staff and amenities are always spotless. We feel really secure with the night concierge which we did not have in previous buildings. Only downside is that parking spaces available to rent are quite limited, but this is understandable given the area and size of the building. Neighbors all super friendly and quiet. Highly recommend!

I lived at Odin for 3.5 years (January 2021-May 2024) and I couldn’t be happier with the decision! When I think of all the things that make living in a place enjoyable, Odin hits every single mark! In terms of the community, it is a generally positive community where the people who live here do their best to ensure things are maintained well – especially in the amenity spaces. Yes, there is a pool, and yes – it is busy during the summer. And, what pool in Minnesota during the summer isn’t? Speaking of amenities, this place has it all, and the facilities/maintenance staff keeps is in pristine condition daily (literally daily), including cleaning the grills. Speaking of amenities, it was super convenience to have the dry-cleaning lockers on the 1st floor – I used this often and was never disappointed!
The maintenance crew is also top notch. Typically, maintenance staff will get overlooked, but don’t overlook this crew. They are knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and incredibly fast to respond. When submitting a ticket, I always heard from maintenance within hours (if not quicker than that).
The leasing office staff – again – top notch! After being here for 3+ years, I had several things that required me to connect with them. And, they were always timely, easy to communicate with, accommodating, and genuinely care about the living experience at Odin. Honestly, management can make or break an experience, but the staff at Odin (notably Shelby and Nicole) is a team that is worth living in Odin for by itself!
In terms of the apartment unit itself. I found it incredibly convenient. The quality is solid and worth it. Admittedly, sometimes I could hear neighbor noise from the walls. However, in my entire time there, I never heard noise from my upstairs or downstairs neighbors. And, I rarely (very rarely) heard noise from the hallways inside my unit.
Lastly, I found Odin to be incredibly safe. The exterior is well lit in the evenings, the multiple layers of locked access points, and the evening concierge were all added layers of security that I appreciated. There was not a single day living in Odin where I didn’t feel safe returning home.
At the end of the day, I lived in Odin before the building was fully finished and I wouldn’t change my experience. I only left because I was moving cross-country. I highly recommend Odin to anyone considering a place where they want to feel safe, respected, part of a community, within walking distance to restaurants, while also having an amazing property management and facilities crew! Thankful to this team!

Been living here since 2020. The management is top notch and the amenities are incredible. You definitely get your moneys worth here. Looking forward to living here for the foreseeable future!

This apartment is amazing! There are so many friendly people, and the staff here are so nice and helpful in every situation. I could not think of a better place to start out when moving up to the cities. This place has truly felt like a home.

As a San Francisco lawyer currently living in Minneapolis, I've found the management here to be unethical, biased, and intrusive. Attempts to "enforce the lease" and fine residents are often based on anecdotal hearsay and are inconsistently applied across residents, seemingly influenced by social factors. Privacy infringement is a major concern. My own experience confirmed these issues. If you're seeking professional, city-style residence service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Odin is a beautiful place to live in every possible way, the location, amenities, floor plans, appliances, and community. This apartment truly has everything you could think of to make you feel at home, and the people who designed it truly had convenience and comfort in mind. However, what really sold us was our tour with Blade. Blade made every step of our journey personable, effortless, and overall plain lovely from scheduling our tour to getting our keys on move-in day. We could not be happier!! Thank you Blade!!

I have lived at Odin 2 years and it is just simply the best property I have lived at. The office staff is so caring, helpful and are there to help with anything someone needs. The service team is helpful and gets the job done fast and correctly.Need a place to to live Odin is the place.

Shockingly nice place to live! So many amenities it’s like a resort. High ceilings, lots of windows, LVP floors, ultra quiet concrete construction in the tower, and more. If NE is an area of consideration, must see this location.
