These guys are the best.no scamming.no mess.mike helped me not get scammed by dealership for 2,000$ after paying 3,000 a wke b4,then when I repeated what Mike said to them then the chevy dealership on Brooklyn Blvd said ok well we will eat the 2,000 dollars.sound like they were trying my pockets, or if it was my race whatever it is northwestern saved me

First time customer, Mike at the front desk was very courteous, professional and helpful. I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Also, I'm looking for a new shop (old shop was fine, but these guys are closer) so this was a bit of a trial run. They were also less expensive than Jiffy Lube, or Midas!. I plan to return for any future work. Thanks all!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place - every experience was efficient and well priced. In particular, the most recent visit I needed two lights changed. I came in expecting to leave my car through the weekend but it was fixed while I waited, out of the goodness of their heart. I have a baby who only naps in the car so having a car out of commission is a stressful event. I am so grateful for their effort and care - this family business is a true gem!
