Seems like a nice place. A relative lives there. I looked into the pricing and waiting list. The monthly co-op fee seems pretty exorbitant, so that was disappointing.

My parents lived here for almost 10 years. They absolutely loved it, and they made many friends while there. It was hard for them to leave, once my father required more nursing care, and Nokomis Square will always hold a special place in our heart.

My friend has just acquired his new home, and I saw it August 11th. A gorgeous, immaculate environment; so complete in so many ways!!! So happy for him! And he is quite excited about being there!!! The west side garden area was just darling!!!! Great place!!!
