Alonzo at the Bloomington Napa is the best. After being sent all around town by another Bloomington auto parts store, we were at the end of our wits and went to Napa. Alonzo welcomed us with his usual friendliness and gave us a few laughs to make us feel better about this long day, and as a bonus, they had the correct part in store. Give that guy an extra week of vacation! He deserves it.

Store advertising false prices and discounts online, when you stop by the store, products are full price and more exspensive than advertised. Products cost more then autozone and orileys. Dont waste your time stopping by this overpriced deceptive marketing store.

The man who helped me was nice and helped look up the parts I needed. But there was a gross employee that told these Mexicans that he wasn't going to help them unless they knew the exact name of the item they needed. There was a language barrier and the cashier was straight rude to them. They asked if he could come out to their car to see the item and cashier said "I don't go above and beyond I don't get paid enough for that, not my fault you can't speak english".. The customers eventually found what they needed and left. I was wrapping up and the same gross cashier hit on me and told me if I smiled I'd have a better day. I ignored him and wrapped up my purchase. As I left he again called after me. Those Mexicans were right "ese guey es un pendejo".

I believe it was alonzo who helped me out. Stellar service super personable people who are willing to help out and take a look at your issue with you couldnt be more impressed

I have a bad back. I had surgery two years ago and I still have trouble lifting anything with weight. I picked up an order that weighed FAR beyond what I am comfortably able to carry. I asked for help carrying the parts to my car and I was basically laughed at. The response reminded me of a sort of cartoon style patriarchy. As a result, i pathetically carried the order to my car. I am experiencing significant pain and had to leave work early. Maybe it’s my fault for thinking that a business would help a customer with a disability. Poor form. One star. I won’t be back.

They usually have employees that have experience doing car work when I go there. That is why it is a better place than AutoZone or the others because those stores tend to have people who can punch information into a computer and that is all
