Worst customer service ever!!! The clerk doesn't know how to change a battery in a key fob? I had to check online to see what battery was needed and do it by myself. There were no other clients in the store....just laziness , take your business somewhere else!

This isn’t really about the store but more the employee I worked with today. He’s a very sweet man with long curly brown hair and despite being the only one at the front desk, he was incredibly caring and a pleasure to work with. It was nice to see even with a long line of people in the store he was giving them all great service in a timely manner. I’d shop here all the time if I only ever had to work with him. Give him a raise!

I was in the store 4 times today, and called at least 3 more times, most of the time being helped by Jiwan. He gave me world class customer service, ordering 3 new radiators for me in order to get one to him the quickest, and eventually I think he went himself to pick it up from another location. I'm definitely a DIYer, but he never made me feel dumb and was great help. The rest of the staff at this location has also been helpful during other visits but he took the cake today.

juan the store manager on lyndale is literally a godsend. i can't even begin to explain to you how above and beyond he went to help me with my car. surprisingly afforadable too and im a college student! that man deserves a raise and every good thing possible happen to him. i'm telling everyone that'll listen. run to napa where theyll make you a priority and give you excellent service and where they know what they are doing. i'll never forget you juan (hopefully i'm spelling your name right) and i'm singing your praises everyday!

Do not go to NAPA Auto parts. They had the wrong information on the parts list on their app, and when I tried to return a product to them with the receipt, they would not return my money.

Jiwan helped me out so much today! I needed a windshield wiper replacement on this icy and rainy winter day. Not only did he replace them for me, he helped get my car unstuck from the ice. Thank you!

I place a pickup order yesterday and when I came in to get the part there was an issue and the part was out of stock at the location. Jiwan went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and get the part today so I would have it in time for a trip out of town. Thank you Jiwan and staff for the friendly and diligent customer service!

Visibly ill employees in a cramped space, snot nosed and red eyed. Stay home when you are sick, don't spread it around to your customers. On top of that they gave me the wrong bulb after taking 30 minutes to find it. The new guy helping me was clearly struggling while the other guys twiddled their thumbs.
