I feel like service starts good but by the end, they disengage and it ends up sloppy. Ive left happy 1/5 times. Had came back to fix it twice. I get lots of complements but they are always imperfect. I moved here 2 years ago and this is the best ive found though, its not horrible but I wish they put more effort. They stop to talk to themselves alot and its time consuming, i hope you dont take this the wrong way. I will remove this review once u reply, i just feel the need to communicate this bc i feel you could do better. I have trouble leaving this place with what i wanted, maybe more effort making sure you understand the client? Instead of being snappy bc you didnt understand...

I had an appointment at 12pm, and 5 minutes before my appointment time the nail technician called me 7 times (not an exaggeration) to ask if I could move my appointment an hour back. I told her I was already on my way, and would be there in a few minutes. She called three additional times and I told her the same thing each time! When I arrived, someone else was taking my appointment. I was no later than 5 minutes late, but I had already told the nail tech multiple times I was walking there. Thankfully, the other client was nice enough to give me my time back. Also I’ve never had acrylic nails where they don’t take care of the cuticle. My nails look horrible due to the cuticle being over grown!

Had a good experience. Went with my two male friends, and we all got pedicures. Felt very relaxing as well, and my toes still look great even after 3 weeks.

Went to Hang, she’s amazing. I get manicures all over bc I travel a lot for work, and she does beautiful work. Best manicure I’ve had in a long time Gentle and fast and good. And it’s called nail cops with great logo

I was on vacation in Minnesota for the Beyonce concert and in urgent need of nail repair. I searched and found Nail Cops. Not only did Heidi squeeze me in last minute fresh off the plane but did so an hour before closing plus they were only a 7 min walk from my hotel in the heart of downtown and easy to find.They had great dipping color options and she was very kind to my husband and I and my nails lasted a long time. The color was perfect f and she had me in and out in no time. If I had time I would have returned fior a pedicure as well.Service: Dip powder

I was in town on a business trip and needed to get my nails done. I was a little skeptical watching the nail tech do my nails as I have done the dip for years and it seemed "hurried" but I let it go. I lost my first nail THAT evening. It is now 5 days later and I've lost 5 nails. I called and they said I could come in and they'd look at them but when I said I lived out of town and wanted a refund (I could provide pics, etc.), they said they did not do refunds at all. Like another poster, I got the "we've been doing nails for 12 years...." In all the years I've gotten my nails done this has never happened. I do not recommend them.

I was briefly in town and was able to get in quickly for what ended up being a fabulous dip powder manicure. Very impressed and would definitely recommend asking for Hang!
