We have used several other tax preparers over the years we have been in operation, Nadene's Tax Service has been the best (by far) of any we have used.
She has provided everything from assistance in interactions with the IRS over a plethora of typical (and one or two surprising) issue, to guidance finding (and integration of services with): Accountants, Financial Advisors, and Business Advisors.
We would highly recommend her services for small business and sole proprietor tax needs.

As a small business owner, I deal with a lot of other small business. I haven’t been treated with less care and consideration than I have by Nadene’s tax service. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your tax needs.

Nadene has been doing taxes for our family for at least 20 years. She is scrupulous, efficient, wonderfully knowledgeable and a great human on top of it. If there were 10 stars, I would be giving them.

The tax guy that we were using had retired. We were having a hard time finding a replacement. My parents had been using Nadene's Tax Service for quite a while. I admit we were running late on getting our taxes turned in. We decided to give Nadene a try and turned our taxes in aprx mid-March. In the past we've always been within a thousand dollars of balancing between state and federal. When I went to pick up our taxes from Nadene the paperwork was showing that we owed $13,000.00 split evenly between state and federal. I couldn't believe it! I left the taxes there for her to double check. After a week she could not find the mistake. Her "Program" still shows that we owed big time. I paid approx. 1/2 to both state & federal and requested an extension so I could get a second opinion. I did get a second opinion and it didn't take 5 minutes for the second opinion to find the mistake. The state income taxes were not filled out correctly. Once filled out correctly the state ended up owing us money. I later received a letter in the mail from the IRS showing that we had owed just short of $600.00 for interest and penalties. Long story shortened Nadene's tax service cost us $350.00 to have taxes done incorrectly and an additional $600.00 in fees that would have never been incurred if the taxes were done properly.

I called Nadene today on behalf of someone who had not received his 2018 refund. Her snarky attitude about why he would wait so long was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. When we asked her for a receipt of the electronic filing to the state of MN, she said, " I don't have them. My computer went "kapooy" last year and I lost those records." What kind of tax service doesn't back up their computer??? We then called the state, and found that she had put the wrong address on his returns! Granted he should have double-checked them. Lesson learned for him. And to top it all, when she thought we had ended the conference call, she made a rude comment about me to someone on her end and we both heard it. It was unbelievable!

She is the best, my family has been working with her for over 10 years.
