Dan and Steve are great !
What isn’t great is renting for 2 hours and being charged for 3 days , how does that work when the employee that opened the next day confirmed that the keys returned prior to opening the next day ? Very frustrating experience .

They were prompt and able to get me in a timely fashion, however, I feel I was way overcharged for my service. I asked for an oil change and to change my brake pads, they completed the oil change and noted on my reminder sticker to come back in 3,000 miles, rather than the typical 5,000. Instead of changing the brake pads they lubricated the calipers instead. They rotated my tires, which was appreciated, however, they didn't mention that my tread was dangerously low (2.5") and that I had a nail in one of my tires. I paid just under $600 for this service, which I feel is way too much given the lack of service and communication. Especially considering the lack of attention to my tires. The folks there were friendly enough and prompt to work with, but the rest of my experience was lackluster.

Mr. Tire Northeast is the only shop I take my personal and work vehicles to and I've been a loyal customer since 2005. Steve, Dan + their team are extremely trustworthy (they've even talked me out of having work done), their prices are fair, and their customer service is second to none. These guys are the real deal and shopping local always feels great. Thanks Mr. Tire!

Always awesome service. They do a great job explaining car stuff to someone who could care less about cars stuff! They are friendly, honest, and compassionate. They also have an impressive stash of dog treats behind the desk for when you drop by with your dog. I couldn't recommend a better neighborhood shop!

Mr. Tire was great to work with! I got a total flat about a mile away from them and drove over on a Fix-A-Flat to leave my car there overnight. I had forgotten they would need my keys so I had to Uber back in the morning but they had already started fixing it in the parking lot so that I wouldn't need to Uber there and back again. I really appreciate the extra mile they went working in the cold to save me time and money. Steve at the front desk was very nice.

I've been going to Mr Tire for 16 years and have gotten quality work done from them.They are very honest and friendly their lounge is comfortable and coffee TV and WI-FI is available of course you won't be waiting very long they are pretty fast at getting you done and out the door Thank You Mr Tire!!!

Staff is friendly; however.$55 in labor to replace 1 tire with a stripped locking lug nut and 3 other lug nuts.$15 for 3 lug nuts.$88 total for 1 tire mounting and balancingThe kicker is that the fella at the counter told me 5$ a piece for lug nuts is cheap. The set I purchased for my other vehicle was $22 for 20.I see how these guys are making money.

Came here to rent a uhaul truck that reserved. We walk into the front and there is no one there. Someone walks up to the counter, looks at us, and then walks back unto the garage. Finally someone comes in to help us and gives us the nastiest look. The entire time we are going over the particulars he is giving me side eye. When we gave him the drivers license and credit card he throws them back on the counter when he gives it back to me. Every response from him is filled with attitude and sarcasm. Very irrited that we were treated so poorly when we did absolutely nothing to the person working. Will never come back again.

Went to Catholic Eldercare to visit my Dad and my tire went flat as I enter the driveway and parked. I searched for a tire place nearby to fix the flat and came upon this place. Dan the man was awesome on the phone and said he would try to slide it in between jobs. Turns out they could not save the tire because it had a 1inch gash in the tread (tire was not in good shape anyhow). He managed to get me a new tire, balanced, and mounted at a very reasonable price in a few hours. The big box tire places have nothing on these guys. On the plus side I spent a little more time with my dad. Go see Dan for good old Nordeast honesty.

I can't speak to the actual ability of this shop to fix cars, but I came in to get a bent wheel rim looked at and while they weren't able to fix it (neither could 3 other shops, had to replace it), they were helpful and patient and switched my spare on my car at no cost. Very appreciative towards the good people of Mr. Tire!

Live in the neighborhood and went to Mr. Tire, well for tires to start....but really appreciate their friendly and quality service - so now we go there for everything our Mazda 5 needs (repairs, oil changes, etc.)! Highly recommend this neighborhood / hardworking business!

Called at 7am got down there at 7:45. He said it would be about 45 minutes put a New Val stem reader in a used tire and I was on my way to work fast friendly, nice and clean shop Awesome service. Meanwhile, I walked down to ideal diner to get myself breakfast buddy. That was a bonus. They're perfect location.
