Zero Integrity - Avoid like the Plague - Sold me a jeep patriot that was previously damaged and fixed up, called about a month after I bought it twice as a very large piece of what appeared to be bondo chipped off the vehicle. Left messages and spoke to two individuals who said they would follow up and get back to me. Never heard back from anyone, then they stopped answering. I would never recommend anyone work with Morrie's, their integrity is Zero.

Do not buy from any Morrie's location if you are from out of state! They refused to sell me a vehicle without financing it through them. They refused to accept $100 bills because they won't title it to a neighboring state. The worst customer service, worst dealership, worst experience I have ever had in a dealership environment ever!

Dealership left me a comment on Yelp to reach out to them. I did. Never received a response. You are an idiot if you do business with them. Once you make your purchase they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL NOT ASSIST YOU.

We went in to trade in 2 of our cars to buy one - We dealt with Austin and at first we thought he was an honest man, but I guess the old adage, "don't trust a car salesman is so true! They offered us 36,000 for one of the cars and when I asked him if they could come up on the trade in price Austin said he couldn't because they were only going to sell the car for 39,000. I looked on their site and they are selling the car for almost 47,000. Same with the other car - offered 8000, my wife asked him if he could come up on the trade in offer he gave her a similar answer to turn around and offer the car up for almost 15000! I don't like being lied to and for sure don't think it is fair to make 17,000 off our trade-ins! Don't trust Morries Cadillac! And here I thought Morries was a respectable place to do business. I asked for an offer on Kelly Blue Book and Morries Buffalo would have given us 40,500 for the same car Morries Cadillac gave us 36,000 - big difference! I will not ever buy another car through Morries and will let people know about our experience!

The experience started with a 4 hour wait before the dealership could gather all the paper Work.then we had a 5 minute training session on hold to operate the car. It was 10:00 and everyone was in a hurry to rush us out the door so they could go home. 4 days after we purchased the car they call and said a signature was miss could we stop by. I told them we would wait until our additional parts came in so we could drop the car off for work and sign the paperwork At the same time( the dealer ship is 35 miles from my house ). I called on the 21st day after we purchased the car because our temporary license was going to expire and they informed me I would not get my license plates until I signed the paperwork work that they missed the signature on. I would recommend you find a different dealership to by a car. No customer service, dishonest managers all around a poor dealership/ car buying experience. If I could I would give the dealership a negative 5 star rating. I would advise you steer clear of this dealership.

Con artist car salesmen. My wife and I bought a Cadillac Escalade from them at end of winter. Two weeks later when it started to get warm out, turn the A/C on and it doesn't work. Call Morrie's and they immediately ask if we bought extended warranty (which we did) and told us we'd have to pay deductible. After arguing with them that it never worked, they finally agreed to look at. My wife takes vacation day and makes 3 hour trip to have it fixed. They supposedly find problem and say it's fixed. Wife checks it...working. Drives home. Two days later it's not working again. Call Morrie's and again they start spouting off about warranty. Try to make us pay deductible AGAIN. We bring it back, takes them two days to "fix" it. Five days later...guess what!?! A/c not working. Call Morrie's. Guy tells my wife that it must be a completely new problem because they fixed it. Told them it must be a leak. They state "oh no we checked. The A/c system is very intricate. It's a new problem. ". These guys are incompetent in their service department and very shady in their sales practices. If you want to roll the dice with these guys, you'll probably regret it too. Go elsewhere if you can. We regret the day we went there. Reached out to management and guess what...no response. They are just brushing it under the rug and hoping we go away. Please be warned. I know things happen but it's the lack of follow thru and their immediate reaction to take no responsibility should worry anyone that's going to buy from this place.
