The customer service is terrible, I went to buy flowers it was already 10 in the morning and they told me that Serrado was there when the schedule says that there will be at 8 in the morning and he answered me with a very rude tone, he didn't even look at me Unfortunately, I didn't look at the Reviews before, if you have the opportunity to go, miss it.

I stopped in at the last second to get my mother some roses for her anniversary gift. The lady was very busy with another order, but dropped everything to help me. She made a bouquet and had me out the door within 10 minutes. Very reasonable price as well. Five stars for great customer service and good price.

I received the most beautiful arrangement of fall flowers for my birthday and a week later; the arrangement looks nearly as beautiful as the day I received it. Great delivery service as well.

The flower arrangements are nice, but the customer service has ruined my experience multiple times. I have had flowers delivered to me multiple times from 2022 to now by this floral shop and unfortunately, their delivery staff is unprofessional and makes me uncomfortable. I have been asked personal questions during delivery, received countless calls and voicemails when I am at work about delivery, and feel uncomfortable that they have my personal information. I have called the shop to report the inappropriate behavior, but I was shot down and told it is "normal." I love supporting local businesses, but the creepy experiences I have had make me never want to recommend their service.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement from my son and his fiancé. The colors of the roses and the flowers all go together so well. I also love the vase. The delivery person was also very nice. After a week it still looks great and smells fabulous. Highly recommend this shop.

I had the BEST experience ordering flowers from Moonlight Floral today with Helen's kind and expert help. I found them using Google Maps to locate a florist near Abbott Northwestern Hospital because I wanted to try to get flowers there by the time my friend arrived in recovery after cancer surgery although I didn't call until after 11:00 am. Helen assured me they could make a beautiful arrangement and get them on the truck and out the door within the hour although they didn't have any more pink flowers that I requested because they just did a huge funeral and didn't have any pink left for the day. I trusted her and she offered to send me a photo before it left the shop. I was blown away by the joyful color combinations and added detail of the curly willow and delicate purple wispy flowers they included. Thank you Helen! I'm grateful for your help and the extra care your team offered in making sure my friend had something beautiful waiting for her on one of her toughest days ever.
