I want to give a huge shoutout to Sam and Jake. After three hours of struggles and obstacles from miscellaneous stuff they still managed to get the job done. Not to mention Sam had to go and retrieve more supplies around 4, it had started to storm and hail. He still came and brought his mentor Jake, they managed to get everything done. Sage to say I am more pleased than the services that were provided. Also, F Century Link!!

I have had midco for 4 years now and they have been great until the last month. My entire neighborhood is having outages constantly and most of us work from home. Midco has directed us to keep calling their outage hotline which has done nothing to help us. I've lost track of the amount of service calls that we have placed in the past month and still no light at the tunnel. The entire neighborhood is about to drop Midco.

My internet was down and Midco sent a technician to my home by the name of Adam. He did an outstanding job. This was a unique scenario that involved multiple problems. Adam was able to identify these problems (some very unique) and resolve the issue. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed be genuinely concerned. Adam - well done and thank you!!

I have had a disastrous experience with Midco installing my internet and TV cable. I signed up for their service late last summer. They laid the cable above ground last fall because they wouldn't have time to bury it before winter. This was also true of my neighbors. This summer Midco's contracted burial service (ROC) came out and buried my neighbors lines, but not mine. They couldn't because the gas company (CPE) hadn't marked the gas line. They did for the neighbors, but not me. That was just the beginning of a three month long fiasco. Apparently there is a huge communication issue within the Midco organization. A technician has come out twice to do the final hookup, which he couldn't because the line hasn't been buried. He assured me to my face that this would be escalated up the line and taken care of ASAP. That was about two months ago. The line burial contractor (ROC) has been out three additional times to bury the line. They couldn't the first time because CPE still hadn't marked the gas lines. They couldn't couldn't the second time because some boring under our driveway needed to be done, and it hadn't. Eventually the boring company came out and did one bore. Unfortunately they were suppose to do three borings. ROC came out again, recognized that the line couldn't be buried, assured me they would take care of it, and departed. Haven't seen them since. I've made at least ten calls to the support line over three months, and talked to the supervisor the past two times - once two weeks ago and again today. They've assured my a work order is in and the job will be done shortly. Based on past experience, I have zero faith the line will be buried before the ground freezes up - likely within a couple of weeks. I'm at my wits end, and thus writing this scorching review. HEEELP!!

Over the past 4 weeks we have been with out internet at least twice a week . Have had some one to the house twice and still loosing connection

Shady billing practices. I autopay, they didn’t take money out of my account one month then they took double the next month plus a late fee! I called they said ‘my contract ended’ meaning I needed to manually pay the first month of a new contract. Even though online it still appears I have autopay. Horrible practice. FYI ‘contracts’ end every 2 years so even if your a longtime customer (where there is no other option of internet in your area) at least every 2 years I have to manually pay one month. What a joke!

Never been so disappointed in a company! For 5 yrs they've known there's an issue with our internet and yet refuses to take it upon themselves to correct I've been on the phone so much with them its pointless they just push me to the next person and so on and so on id go back to an AOL CD if I could over these clowns!! Response to your comment... been doing that for 6 yrs Shanda don't you think you guys should take it upon yourselves by now to fix the issue!!????

Scheduling? I scheduled an appointment last week and was told that installs were done from 7a until 3pm m-f no weekends! So I told them I would need to take a vacation day to get this done. Then I was told the next Friday it was scheduled 05/06/22 at 1:30pm. I called to confirm the appointment and was told install date was 05/13/22 and nothing could be done today!

I've had their service in St. Joseph MN for 3 years now. I have their 500mbps package. Around May 2021 I started waking up in the morning and the internet would be out. Then in June 2021 it started getting more often. Decided to call them up at 8:30PM at night. I was on the phone with a person, got a new modem ordered and off the phone in 4 minutes and 58 seconds. I literally do not know what more they could have done to make that any easier to handle. Midco are by far the best ISP I have ever worked with.

Internet works great and good customer service. My only complaint is the fee keeps going up and up. I am paying $35 more a month than my original contract. Doesn't seem much but over a year that's $420. Which is airfare for one to Mexico!

I've had midco for about 5 years and have had maybe 3 outages with the service. Customer service was good when calling in.
