Excellent clearance selection and relatively larger Michael’s. They also have self-checkout here, which is a first for me at Michael’s, but found it quite enjoyable. Will be going again!

Nice enough store but need to staff better. Poor guy in the framing department was all alone. When I approached another customer who’d obviously been occupying his time with a custom order for quite some time gleefully told me he’d not be helping me as he’d already delayed his lunch break for her. I’d need to come back after 1) she was done and 2) he took his hour lunch. I had driven 20 minutes to this location. There was nobody to cover the department — two weeks before Christmas. Seriously? Not willing to wait over an hour, I promptly left and went to a locally-owned framing shop and likely paid twice the price but am fine with that. Odd that Michael’s wouldn’t staff/schedule appropriately. At least my items will be beautifully framed in time for Christmas.

I did not feel comfortable being a customer and making an online return here, cashier Kiana was not friendly and did not make it a welcoming or pleasant experience. She seemed angry, like she did not trust me, and glared at me through the whole transaction. I’m going to think twice before shopping here in the future. Manager Lauren helped and did apologize for the difficulty in making the online return.
