Had the worst experience ever I got my phone ported from Verizon. MetroPCS did not port my phone correctly. I went in five other times refused to help me when I wanted to cancel with them they refused to give me my money back. Why would I pay for something that I did not receive, I’ve had their service for like five days and I went with boost mobile. They are no problem getting the service but I kept going back-and-forth back-and-forth to MetroPCS. These guys are very rude and mean and do not want to help you. I will never come back to the store again.

Absolute rudest person and worst customer service ever. The day time male should be fired. He tried to sell me a cheap phone that was huge downgrade from mine and told me it was as good. He sold guy in front of me same phone and when he asked how to set up and retrieve contacts he told him to go online and figure it out. I will say this store never looks good and there was not 1 iPhone to look and I hope corporate reads this.

I stopped by this location on Friday 12/23 to switch my service to metro pcs. The guy there was so rude and talked to me like I don't know anything like d*** person. He asked me for $400. I was confused and left. I went to another metro pcs location and I paid $180 total.
