Was in the store and was extremely satisfied. I believe the young man who helped me saved me a lot of headache. In the store on 12/27/19, late afternoon. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I greatly appreciated this.

My sister just informed me of her horrible experience at Metro PCS at 925 W Broadway. My heart is broken ?. She went into the store to pay her cell phone bill and some heavy set African-American lady was being extremely rude to her and told her she needs to take the money that she is using to pay for her cell phone bill to buy her some new shoes. I will be contacting corporate today and visiting the store to appropriately handle this situation.....this associate should be fired for her absence of professionalism and her obvious neglect toward respecting and putting the customer first.
